I needed a few little jobs done inside my house. This list included mounting my TV on the wall, hanging some pictures in the bathroom, adding some safety bars to my kitchen doorway that leads out to my basement, fixing some issues with my front door and my breezeway door, cleaning my bathroom vent and installing my stainless steel panels behind my stove, oh and calling my kitchen coutertop area. Ben was great. He was punctual and all of the work was done within a reasonable time. I am very pleased with the work that Pink Rose has done so far. I have a couple more things that I need taken care of and was given quotes for the work before Ben left. Thank you!!

If you are reading this review you can be the judge for yourself. This is a quote to replace a existing sliding glass door with a 800 dollar door and also add a 400 dollar shower door to a 35 inch opening on a stand up shower. Maybe i can save you 39 dollars they charge for the quote fee that they so generously donate to charity from their deep pockets from overcharging people that might not know any better. And you can make a donation to a charity of your choice.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience with pink rose home service!! Our technician, Darrin, and his assistant, Bernie, were both excellent. They were knowledgeable, highly skilled and made sure that we were comfortable and understood all work we were having done. I was in need of a few repairs in my Bathroom. The old tub had a huge hole in the floor underneath and the floor had to be rebuilt and old plumbing replaced. They installed my new tub, attached the sink and installed the plumbing. They are very professional. Always on-time. The repairman was friendly and he did amazing work. He was old school and took pride in his workmanship. I would highly recommend Pink Rose 🌹. I plan on calling them for a few more future repairs.

I’m very pleased with the work completed by TJ of Pink Rose. Their scheduling, reminders, communication and execution are great. They charge a premium but you get premium work. No shortcuts and premium materials. TJ exceeded my expectations and encouraged me to inspect each step. Thank you for a job well done.

Keeps saying they will show up and never shows up.

Absolutely DO NOT recommend this company. Extremely poor communication, did not show up on time if they did show up all. Inefficient and overall unprofessional. They never bothered to refund me or fix my automatic garage door that they “installed” which never worked correctly a single day. I had to pay another company to actually fix their poor quality work.

Super fast response shows up quickly and gets the job done right every time i am amazed at how great simba is very friendly and great prices no one else in rochester compares as a young real estate investor simba is a life saver for other real estate investors or primary residence needs forget everybody else this is the guy and go to business!!

Horrible company to deal with. Jimmy claimed to have parts on order for a door for three months. Constant calling for updates and always saying "tomorrow". Not an honest company and not an honest person. Stay away.

I called an scheduled an install for Thursday. Since I am new to the area I was out of town but raced back the 6 hours to meet with this contractor. He never showed, claiming to have incorrect contact information. We rescheduled for Friday.......again......No show. Don't waste your time.

Spoke with Jimmy and scheduled an appointment for him to come out and look at the prospective job and get a quote. He scheduled me for a 9am appointment which he didn’t show or call and Okay maybe he was tied up with another job and couldn’t call. Later in the day I called him and again he said he would me at my place at 7pm no show no call. So the moral to this story is believe the reviews

I had arranged for them to install a ceiling fan at 5pm for my tenants and they never showed up. He said he showed up at 5pm and left at 5:08pm because no one was here. My tenants never leave, they're a retired couple and have had the front door wide open all day (because there's no light in that room which is literally what the job was for), sitting in that front room watching the Chauvin verdict. He blamed it on a miscommunication but if that is true why did he not even come to the door? My tenants knew he was coming and they were on the lookout for him to let him in but no one came to the door or even up the driveway, I reviewed the security camera footage. I said it was incredibly inappropriate and unprofessional, he tried to reschedule for the next day but after you essentially lie very clearly about what you actually did, why on earth would I utilize your service?

I had been trying to get my leaky kitchen sink fixed for 2 weeks. Other companies either gave me the run around or were booked weeks out. I made one phone call to this company and they sent a tech out to my house within 30 minutes. The tech was very nice, professional and knowledgeable. I didn’t even have to ask him to take his shoes off (doesn’t sound like a big deal, but have had workers come into my home before and not do it). He fixed the problem, ensured it worked and then cleaned the mess. It all took less than 30 minutes. It was also very affordable. I didn’t feel like I was getting screwed over because I didn’t know anything about how to fix the problem (which I feel like happens a lot). I plan on doing renovations to my home in the near future and they will definitely be the company I will be using.
