Had Pink Rose put in some ceiling fans and a new kitchen sink. Ben was awesome with giving us a quote and answering all our questions. Scheduling was easy, and he finished the job a day ahead of schedule. Very happy with the work and definitely will call them again!

From start to finish Pink Rose (tech Ben) was excellent: arrived on time, discussed options, installed 3 grab bars in bath to ADA code, changed out bulbs in a high fan/light , cleaned up, was patient with my questions …just a great overall experience. Will use Pink Rose for future repairs.

Pink Rose technicians always do a wonderful job for us. They’re friendly, knowledgeable and respectful.

We just completed our second project with Pink Rose. In both cases, the staff member that came out was courteous, explained the job, provided an easy to understand estimate, performed the work as good as or better than described, and was super neat such that there was no trace they were ever here. In the most recent case, we had a front porch post that was suddenly rotting and coming down. Someone was dispatched the same day. When it was determined not to be structural, the post was repaired the next day and it perfectly matches the original post. You cannot tell the difference. We will definitely use Pink Rose in the future! Their service cannot be beaten. We've never had a contractor work so efficiently and neatly in our home.

Ben arrived on time and carefully explained what he'd be doing. His work was excellent and very detail oriented. I look forward to doing business with Pink Rose in the future.

About 3 years ago we used Pink Rose to fix our dormers. The person that was sent was unprepared, and had to make several trips to home depot to purchase items he did not have. The job was piece mealed together, and we had to call Joe four times to send the guy back over. We could tell after the 4th visit that it was still not done right. Joe sent his henchman over to look at it, and they decided that the job was just fine. We made a mutual decision with Joe to cut ties, and he did not charge us. It is a good thing we didn't get charged because here we are three years later, and they look worse then they did before Pink Rose "fixed" them..

TJ installed a new water line for our refrigerator ice maker in a very timely manner and was very professional. I am impressed by all of the things this company does. Very pleased with the results!

Ben was great at listening to what projects we wanted done, assessing how to get the projects completed, and explaining how he was going to complete the job. He thoroughly went over the estimate and answered any questions we had.
As he worked he periodically touched base with how the projects were going. He worked efficiently and cleaned up after he was done. He walked me through and showed me the completed projects

Scheduling an appointment was pro.pt, quick and easy. Friendly professional staff. The worker was the same. Explained everything. Gave payment options and completed the work same day. No issues with any of the work done! The pink rose was beautiful and a nice touch. I will use them again and highly recommend!

I had my water heater replaced, some ceiling repair and my banister fixed. The prices were fair, but the service was above top notch. Terry was amazing. He came in, did the work, communicated well. I didn't have to worry about him. Poor man worked in my hot house with no complaints. 20 out of 10. Ask for Terry, he is truly the best!

Pink Rose Home Service had Terry Redfield do a mailbox and post replacement for us. He did a super job and was great to work with!

TJ installed a new step at my side door. The old one was worn out. He filled in where the screws are with caulking and smoothed it out nicely. I was happy with the work he did.

They did our bathroom and it is EXACTLY what we wanted! We had an amazing technician, respectful and good natured, skilled and happy to answer any questions I had. When we ran into unforseen circumstances Pink Rose bent over backwards to help us out and find optimal solutions. This bathroom remodel was the second project we did thru pink rose. They also installed all new windows in the house and the same amazing job was done then. I am a lifelong customer now. ♥️🌷

This company exceeded our expectations. We needed a kitchen faucet installed. Could not get any handyman service in our area to call back. Those that did asked “how long can you wait”. Can’t wait too long. Called Pink Rose and had an estimate a couple days later and the work was completed. Very happy with the whole experience.
