Excellent communication, on-time, smart, and friendly. GOOD VALUE. I liked talking to Tyler and Greg about the gaps in my boiler and what needed to be done. They recognized I had a semi-emergency and squeezed in a major fix within a day. The work was performed by Tyler and Joe Z - so far, so good!! My tenants said "these guys are good!" And I have had follow on upgrades from Greg for a "taco scoop" which helped a lot. Smart guys!

Joe was awesome. Not only did he clean my boiler he went over the mechanics with me. He did a thorough job and for a good price. Much lower than my previous company. I am a very happy new customer. From my first call to the visit they were all very friendly and caring. My home is now nice and toasty. I would tell anyone to call and have already started passing the word. Very happy with their service. I called very early in the morning after waking up with no heat and Phil was at my house within 45 minutes. Heat was back within a few hours. Highly recommend!

As always the tech wa highly professional. He also is a good person and very knowledgeable. He always has a tip or two to keep the equipment performing at a optimum level. Him and I have a lot in common . Definitely recommend high performance heating and cooling for all of your hvac needs

Ardit, the technician who came to look at my furnace, was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. He explained everything that he found to me in a way that I understood, without making me feel like he was talking down to me. I felt like he was truly invested in helping me and took his time answering my questions and being thorough with examining the issue. I am so glad a friend recommended that I call High Performance! I will definitely use them again in the future.

Zana did my annual furnace and AC tune up today. He was great! Very kind and knowledgeable and willing to take his time to explain things and do a great job! I have been working with High Performance for a while now and am always happy and satisfied with their work!

The service team did a great job removing our old boiler and installing the new one. They also updated the space heater loop with the latest components. The system is working great.

We had a small problem with the circulation pump. Mike was able to fix it and now the system is working fine. Thanks Mike!

Zana was a great tech that came out and diagnose the problem and also checked other possible issues but there was not any. He was able to get the part and install it that same day. He explained everything that was going on and was very informative.

Zana came to look at mini split system which is not functioning properly. He diagnosed my problem and now I'm waiting on some quotes to fix the problem. The two techs were on time and explained everything that was wrong. They were very knowledgeable and found the problem quickly.

The technician came on time. Was easy to talk with. Explained all the steps in cleaning my boiler. Told me about descaling and when it should be done, and is coming back to do a shut off valve do to. They replaced the bleeders that were old and painted over. Would definitely recommend!!

Phil Rizzo was superb The professionalism and transparency and efficient service I simply could not have chosen a better company. I am not one to leave a review but I was totally compelled. High Performance Heating and Air Conditioning are a sure bet for my jobs in the near future. Thank you so very much for not charging an huge amount.

Greg did an excellent job!! very friendly and professional answered my questions very well. text me before arriving and arrived on time. High Performance has always done a fantastic job from installing our furnace and ac and for their service on the equipment office staff is super highly recommend them!!! Great job as always guys..

I don't usually respond to surveys, however, I will to this one in hopes that the technicians and new owners can examine the service they provide and learn from it.
First technician was fine, although the problem has not been solved. At least he had a descent attitude, yet snappy with a smile.
The second one that came to fix it the second time, apparently did not have a great day and it was reflected in his attitude, posture and short snappy answers. He was demeaning and arrogant in his tone and showed a lack of respect. In fact, he made me so uncomfortable, I do not want him to return. I did not feel safe with him in my house and decided to not engage in a conversation with him. His arrogance gave me the feeling that he did not want to provide service to me. Not sure why he was so disrespectful. I did not feel safe with him in my house and was glad when he left. I am still feeling uneasy about the encounter and will not have another technician come without some one else being in the house with me. Nevertheless, it is clear that High Performance has changed hands. They were always respectful and came with a great attitude. As an elderly woman of color living in the City, respect is extremely important to me.

Edit- Furnace is dead again less than 2 weeks later. That makes 4 service calls in 13 months. While it is frustrating to have needed 3 service calls on my new furnace, High Performance always gets a technician out as quickly as possible. Greg is fantastic, pleasant to work with and he understands and fixes the problem quickly.

We recently moved into a house from an apartment and moved during the spring months so we were unable to test the central AC in the house at the time of inspection. When we needed, it died of course! Made a phone call to High Performance Heating and Cooling and they were fast and arrived way before they were scheduled which was awesome. We had several visits as they weren't sure if it was just refrigerant or unit, but come to find out the unit needed to be replace.

Joe Marrocco was one of the techs that assisted and explained what happened with the old unit. He was very thorough, understanding and very easy to work with. He helped with ordering a new unit and install. One of the greats in the company! So fast forward to today and we just got the new AC installed and Phil was another tech that was doing the install and he was great. Very nice and even explained everything to me, being a new homeowner i was very curious. We are very very pleased with our service and our new AC. We will be using High Performance Heating and Cooling for all our HVAC needs and will be referring to all our friends and family.

The service was honest and amazing. No hidden charges. Up front with pricing. Experienced individuals with outstanding customer service. Extremely accommodating to my tight schedule. Above all, I need to give Phil and Andrew, the technicians that came out, the greatest recognition. Not only were they professional, but did excellent work.They both made time to be there when I needed them. I loved Phil's no nonsense approach and honesty. I'm beyond pleased with the service. Everything from start to finish was done professionally and thoroughly. I appreciate Megan and Kat in the office as well who were so helpful. Megan took the time to see if they'd be able to work something out for my crazy schedule even though it was late in the evening. I'm beyond appreciative and satisfied. The prices are comparable.

Quality transaction from start to finish. Customer service person who scheduled my appointment was very friendly and you could almost see the smile over the phone. Scheduling my annual preventative maintenance was easy. The technician who did the annual maintenance was friendly and professional and communicated everything he was doing and why. He left the area spotless when he was done with the service. Definitely use this company for any preventative and also repair services.
