Tree inspected by their arborist. Suggested 3 things to be done which i agreed and signed up for,
They never showed up to preform either one. I called, after waiting 3 different times, and was never respected with a return call. Unbelievable. My tree is now stressed even more because i was led to believe
these guys were professional and knew what they were doing. So sad. I can’t believe they are still in business after the treatment I received.

Bartlett showed up first thing this morning with three trucks and four guys and they literally worked for five hours nonstop. They trimmed three enormous trees and cleaned up and were gone by 1 PM. We were very impressed at their professionalism as well. I would recommend them highly to anyone. 👍

The staff at Bartlett are very knowledgable, ethical and professional. We had 5 trees (cherry, pear, riverbirch, & arborvitae) pruned & trimmed to reduce potential diseases, storm damage and increase light & air through the crown.
Their workers were diligent and did a thorough job of trimming and removing all the debris. Cost was very reasonable for the quality & comprehensiveness of the work.
I highly recommend Bartlett Tree if you need an Arborist to evaluate your trees/shrubs and develop a plan for your house or business.

We have two 300 year old Oak Trees in our backyard. Yesterday the Bartlett Crew spent the day climbing to remove the dead wood and they did an amazing job. The entire crew were professional, removed a large amount of wood from our trees and spent time at the end of the cutting inviting us out in our yard and explaining what they had done and discussed the health of our trees which was good to know both trees are doing well. In addition they trimmed our Kwanzan Cherry in the front yard and it looks awesome. They picked up the trimmings, raked, had a chipper in front of our house and raked the street including using a leaf blower. They were wonderful. We'll be inviting them back in 4-5 years to look at our magnificent oak trees. Thank you Bartlett. John and Kathy Avangelista

I highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts. They were quick to respond to my 1st call regarding diseased hemlocks and tree trimming and pruning. Mike Donitzen gave me a thorough explanation of the tree disease and the treatments available, and offered valuable suggestions about the pruning I requested. A crew of four ( Ryan, Sara and two others ) who did the work were professional, hard working and very skilled. They made sure I wa
s completely satisfied with the proposed pruning before they started. They took great care when removing large limbs / branches from the Silver Maple, not to damage the plants / shrubs under and around the tree. The clean up was exceptional.
The appearance of my yard is greatly improved and I immediately noticed more light filtering through the Maple tree.

This was the second time we used Bartlett and a much larger job. Mike carefully listened to what we wanted and then organized a team to do the work. The team did an amazing job significantly trimming our trees. The trees are beautifully shaped and now light will filter down onto the lower branches. We appreciated the professionalism of everyone as well as all the safety measures taken to keep them protected from harm. They also did an amazing job of cleaning up.

I would highly recommend Bartlett Tree Experts for your tree trimming needs. We had them remove an entire very large silver maple that had been badly damaged in a storm, and trim and tidy up several others near power lines and near our house and shed. They were very professional and efficient, had all the right equipment, and made highly controlled cuts at all times so there was no risk to buildings and wires. We're very happy with how much cleaner and healthier our trees are looking now.

This company has always taken great care of the trees on our property. From the arborists to the crews that perform the work and the office staff, they are all truly professional. Bartlett Tree Service came to cut down three large trees and trim four others. Within seven hours the job was finished. We have numerous above-ground power lines and a small city lot, which made the job both very difficult and dangerous, but the crew of five was fearless, very careful, and highly professional. Their equipment was impressive, and one guy climbed so high I could barely see him. Everyone was unfailingly polite and respectful. Mike oversaw our job and was great to deal with. We highly recommend them!

I was very pleased with the oil treatment for the holly, hemlock and yews on my property. I have been having this treatment completed for a few years now and the holly, hemlock and yews look better and better each year. Many thanks!!

Paul and the crew were great from quote to cutting and removal. Fair price and the work was done within a few hours. The crew also made an outward effort to make sure our neighbors weren’t inconvenienced as well
which was awesome. Will be using them again when the time comes!

We’ve had some large trees taken down over the last few years (some 80 ft or more) and Bartlett has always done a fantastic job. Their crews are terrific teams! They obviously work together with purpose, with safety and efficiency always in mind. Their work is done neatly and thoroughly. I’ve put in another call for them to trim our mature hickory. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them, and have already done so.

We recently had Bartlett Tree Service remove a large dead tree that was hanging over our house and close to the power lines, right next to a brand-new vinyl fence — not exactly an easy job! From start to finish, the experience was excellent.

The crew handled the job with incredible precision and care. They took the time to plan everything out to protect the house and the new fence, and the cleanup afterward was spotless. Expert came through for us in an emergency. Had a tree down on our barn roof with roof punctures. Called their emergency # and Art was here in 45 minutes. Gave us a reasonable price, especially for a Sunday, and said he could remove the tree immediately. Went and got his equipment and was back within an hour. Awesome! That's what emergency service truly is.

I needed an emergency service and that's what I got. The weather was horrible but that did not stop them from getting the job done . Service surpassed execellent.
