Did a great job! The crew along with the owner Ziggy were professional and worked safely & quickly! They cleaned everything up answered any questions and respected the property. Great to deal with from start to finish. We couldn’t be happier with the service.

Weber Tree Service (owner Ziggy) did an excellent job removing five trees from our property. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Ziggy was honest, reliable, and easy to communicate with. His crew worked safely and efficiently, and the cleanup was great, our yard looked better than expected when they finished.
I highly recommend Weber Tree Service. I wouldn’t use anyone else! -
I have been using Bartlett Tree Experts for several years. The team always performs an excellent job of trimming my trees in my yard. They are looking healthy and much nicer now! Highly recommended. And thanks.

Jake and the crew were amazing and professional. They quickly took down a ~40ft rotten tree and avoided all damage to my fence and light posts. I'm so glad I hired professionals for this job. They cleaned everything up too. Looks great. Highly recommended

Highly recommend. Great work, did not oversell and everyone was super to work with.

The crew was polite and professional. And they cleaned up after themselves! There was no tree debris in the yard.

My pin oak was suffering the early signs of iron chlorosis- Bartlett tree experts is one of the few companies in the area that does iron injections- the tree literally began greening up in just a few days!

Lovely company/personnel to deal with. Punctual, polite, courteous, did a great job and left my garden clean and tidy. Would highly recommend.

I made an appointment in the beginning of the summer for two trees that were having trouble. Now, one week from the end of the summer, they cancel because, they say, we are outside of their area. Now I will have to cut the trees down. I have no choice. Shame on their unprofessional attitude, and refusal to keep their commitments.

A confusing company - I rated them a 2 - I used them before and they were excellent. I had a second, engagement. I wanted to remove a tree, grind the stump. Someone came out, two months ago and I never received a quote. As if the guy passed away and no-one had any knowledge of his activities. Would I use them again, not likely. I found the sales process and admin follow-up to be a disaster.

Highly recommend!!! Very professional. Very clean. I had a tree removed and it was like it never existed. No debris or damage to anything around it.

Gary and his crew have done extensive work at my house over the last couple years. They are professional, careful and responsive. They are knowledgeable and use the appropriate equipment and safety precautions. I recommend them without hesitation.

A tree in my backyard is suffering from severe gummosis. So an arborist came out to inspect it, and advized me on how to save it. He also gave me tips on mulch, how to stake a tree, and in general how to keep it in optimal health.
Although I thought the arborist himself was great, I had to remove one star because of the company itself. Its very difficult to get ahold of someone, and most of my calls went to voicmail. I rarely received a call back, which was frustrating too. -
Professional is the word I would use to describe Bartlett Tree Service. Our representative, Paul, knows his trees and the crew that came out to prune and shore up some branches were top-notch. You may pay less with another company, but you won't get the quality of Bartlett. Also had them spray for crabapple scab, and my tree is already healthier after one application. Thanks, Bartlett!

We have neglected our trees for so long that we had them fertalize trees, trim and thin three trees, and removed some girdled roots that were choking one of the trees. We will have Bartlett back!
Professional. Explained what they were doing along the way. Happy to stop and let us know what was going on. In one case we each asked the same question and the gentleman politely repeated the explanation.
Neat - cleaned up after. And they did it all by climbing the trees. They didn't drive any heavy equipment on our lawn.
Reasonable fee for all the work we had them do (three separate jobs).
We will have Bartlett back. I am confident they have made our trees healthier. -
Gary and his crews at Bartlett have been my arborists and tree professionals since before he began his affiliation with Bartlett. Since he began that affiliation the quality of service has not suffered one bit and he has access to all the resources a national organization such as Bartlett can bring to bear. Gary and his crews are personable yet entirely professional and care for my trees like they were their own. I would recommend them to anyone for all their tree services needs!

Part of my contract with Bartlett was to have dead branches removed from my trees along with other trimming. The service took place after the leaves had fallen making it difficult for me to determine if all the dead stuff had been removed. In the spring when the tree leaved out it was obvious that some of the dead branches remained so, I contacted the company representative that I had worked with. After a response to my first text message, the rep has been unresponsive. Tried withholding payment on the second portion of the contract (which was an emerald ash borer treatment) until I heard back from the company about the dead branches but, the company added monthly late fees to my balance even after I had sent notes explaining why I was not paying. I gave up and paid the final bill to stop the late fees. I will likely hire a different tree company to finish up the work that Bartlett did not complete.

Ive never seen somebody light up the bottom of an ash tree before with as many injection sites and material pouring out of the hole. This tree looks like some mad scientist went to town on the bottom of it. Looks like a lot of the stuff you were trying to put in came flying out of the tree and will be useless now. This definetly isnt being done by an expert thats for sure

Someone else had a similar experience to mine. I used Bartlett to fertilize a tree and it seemed to be an ok process (guy came, Trevor, and gave quote, and then scheduled a day for it to be done but found out they don't schedule it in advance and was called, out of the blue, to hear them say they were coming the next day). Anyways, the fertilizer was done and all was great. However, I had Trevor come back and we discussed treating our Peach Tree, and he gave me an estimate on the spot (but not in writing/contract) and I said I would run it by my spouse. Well I emailed the next day and said we'd like to go ahead with it, and have heard nothing since (26 days later). I emailed twice and called twice and have gotten nothing back. Pretty much it seems that the company doesn't want repeat business.
