Third time I’ve used Reliant Renovations and it’s the third time I’m extremely satisfied! I’m very handy and my father was a contractor for many years so I’ve always done things myself or with my father. Trusting another person to do work for me is tough because it might not be how I’d of done it. The past few years I’ve had less and less time to be able to do projects myself and Reliant is the o my company I trust to do work. They’ve installed sliding doors to my patio, siding on my house, custom trim around my garage and most recently sheet rocked, taped, spackled and painted my garage ceiling. The prices are always fair and the work is always incredible. I’ll definitely be using them again! I highly recommend this company!

After a ceiling intake vent was replaced with one of a smaller size, I needed someone to handle the sheet rock repair and Sal came highly recommended. I decided to also address the many other issues in the main living space that had accumulated over the years… a large crack in the ceiling, damage on the walls/doors from rowdy dogs, areas left unfinished after replacing windows, etc. All the sheet rock was repaired, every issue was fixed and the walls/ceilings painted. They transformed a disaster into a beautiful space! Sal worked with my limited schedule and the job was completed quickly. Will definitely use Reliant Renovations for future projects!

painting the interior of our home, however, before we could begin that project, we discovered a leak
over our entry doorway, which led us to realize that we needed a new roof.

Thanks to a referral from a close friend, we connected with Sal, the organized and attentive owner of
Reliant Renovations. From our first meeting, Sal took the time to thoroughly assess our needs and
selected a skilled team to inspect our roof. It turned out that we indeed needed a complete roof
replacement. The work was conducted efficiently, and the team left our property clean and tidy after
each day of work.

Most recently they replaced our siding, added lighting, new gutters, and new custom pillars. We are blown away. So happy with the work completed.

We were long overdue to update a dark 1970s kitchen, and we approached the whole project with great tension after listening to some horror stories from friends and acquaintances. We were pleasantly surprised by how easy and transparent the whole process was with Reliant Renovations from start to finish. The scope of work was clearly laid out, and the team stuck to the original timeline. Change orders were clearly documented when a few relatively minor additions were made to the scope. The workers cleaned up daily and were respectful of our home. The whole project was completed in four weeks because there were no gaps in the schedule-workers were on site Mon-Fri for the entire four weeks. We are thrilled with our new kitchen and the way the Reliant team was dedicated to making everything perfect down to the last details.

Sal and his crew did an outstanding job on my roof! We were new to the Carlisle roofing system and Sal explained it very well and executed it like a true pro! Must have been 15 men on site getting the job done. Worked everyday until it was finished. What more can you ask for. I highly recommend Sal. I’ll be using him for my other properties as well.

If you’re taking your time and reading reviews such as mine, you’re probably doing the same thing I did back in summer of 2025 when I was researching reputable companies for my full kitchen renovation. After narrowing it down from about 10 companies to finally 5, that we called to come in for their estimates, we finally landed with Sal and Reliant Renovations. To be honest, Sal didn’t come in the cheapest. But quality work comes at a price and his price was very reasonable for the amazing work product.

His amazing team consisted of demo guys, plumbers, electricians, flooring guys, tape/spackle/paint guys and his magician Alfredo! We had daily updates from Sal and his awesome project manager Juan. They were always a phone call or text away. Reaching out to them felt like they were more of a friend than a business contact.

I’m a stickler for perfection and expect nothing less, especially for such a big project. We had our entire kitchen redone with walls taken down and floors removed, even window and doors installed. Whenever a minor hiccup occurred, Sal never took a shortcut. He would remedy the issue with the full and proper fix, never just a “patch job”. That alone assured that we chose the right guy and the right team for our job.

We were so pleased with the quality of work, that mid renovations we even asked Sal if we could include more items to our project! This included new stair rails and even a generator hookup!

I can probably keep going on about Reliant Renovations but I’ll save the extended review for our NEXT project with them!

Reliant renovations did a phenomenal job renovating my house before move in. Sal and his crew stuck to the timeline, paid attention to every detail, and executed all work to perfection.

In a little over a month they were able to refinish the floors, paint every room, move many light fixtures, finish an unfinished garage into a gym, built a bar in the basement, install split unit AC units, and much more.

The house looks completely different than when I bought it. If you need any work done look no further.
