Great experience with Geotherm. The guys were respectful, professional and responded quickly if we had any questions or concerns. The quality of workmanship on our system is excellent. Living in an early 1800s farm house, summer was always a mix of window ac units and fans and we still couldn't sleep comfortably. With the new system, the house just stays at 70 degrees year round. Highly recommend.

From start to finish I had a great experience! The communication and customer service has been top notch. Kenny, who I initially started the planning process with was extremely informative. Within 2 days of our first conversation he had 2 detailed plans drawn up for my review. He explained my financing options as well as rebates in such a way that made that process very simple. Any question I had, he answered. Probably the most responsive individual I ever met. Once we had the plan in motion, Jessica was on top of it! She made sure all "i" were dotted and "t" crossed making sure that all behind the scene approvals were happening. I wasn't burdened with any clerical fluff. Glenn and Shawn did a awesome job with the installation, It looks great! Two of the nicest guys you could ask for working at your home. Hard working, kind, professional, and intelligent. Glenn explained everything from A-Z. I couldn't be happier with my decision trusting geotherm with our solar project!

We have been customers/clients of Geotherm for five years. We have a pond, and after a lot of research about the science behind Geotherm and the local providers, we reached out to Jesse Cook and established a plan to go from a very costly combustible oil furnace to a very clean, quiet, geothermal system. We have been able to recoup the cost of installation through the savings we have had in our heating/cooling bills. The staff is proactive and the overall maintenance of the system is extremely simple, and inexpensive, compared to our previous furnace. We had a great oil burning furnace from the 1970's that just kept going...but the switch has been so positive for us with respect to there is no combustible furnace, it is very clean, and the cost of operation is pennies on the dollar in comparison to what we had previously. Not all providers are created equal so do your research and I recommend including Jesse Cook in on your discussion about going Geothermal.

We couldn't be happier. Overall, a great company that ticks all of the boxes. From beginning to end they are great at communicating and follow up. Our project experienced a permitting delay, however the Geotherm team kept everything on track and moving forward while being sure we were up to date throughout the entire process. The project installation is where we were really impressed. The attention to detail was excellent throughout the install, and the finished product exceeded our expectations. A very smooth and positive experience for us with such a large project. Awesome job by the Geotherm team!

Our system has been active for 3 years (December 2021) and it really does have to be experienced to believe… the house is always comfortable… 50% humidity (like fall) and no ups and downs as the furnace cycles. We are literally wearing short sleeves with the thermostat set at 69… we don't turn the thermostat down at night and our winter heating bills have been ~$230/month. In the summer, the air conditioning is amazing. It works so fast, you can literally turn it on and off... we saved a ton of money in the summer compared to prior years by only using it when we were there.

But beyond the product, this group was FANTASTIC!! They listened to our needs (an older home with a cold parents bedroom); did the planning; and turned that room into its own Zone that is now always comfortable through the cold nights. They were great communicators and kept their promised timelines. They treated our house with great care throughout the work, and the final product in the basement looks great.

Have an older home? Small backyard? Tight entry into the basement? They navigated all those problems and gave us an incredibly comfortable, amazingly efficient product at a fair price. Check them out!! I bet you will be glad you did.

I was very pleased with Geotherm's work replacing an old geothermal system in my house. Other groups we contacted had limited familiarity with our old system and some even had no technical people to check it out. Geotherm responded quickly, diagnosed the problem and spelled the options and prices clearly. They were not the least expensive quote we got, but we had far more confidence in their ability to do the job right. They completed the work on schedule, at the quoted price and it's been running perfectly since then. We are really enjoying our new Water Furnace.

The exterior installation began on a Monday and was completed Thursday… Only four days! We had 18 solar panels installed on the back roof, which covers the entire back of the house!
The black solar panels and black trim look so clean and sleek, we almost wish they were on the front of the house so that the neighbors could enjoy the look as well.

Very professional company with knowledgeable people in all aspects from sales and installation. Very willing to listen, explain and to take into account what thoughts and ideas I had for my home. Going from pellet stove to geothermal has giving a more even heat to all rooms in the house. It has only been three days since install an am very satisfied.

They installed my geothermal system and I couldn't be happier with them. They worked with me at every stage, making sure the install worked with the particularities of my house as well as my schedule. They were so careful and thoughtful about being neat and clean in the workspace. My husband says our basement is cleaner than it was before they started work. They were so ready to answer questions and help us make informed decisions. I came to like them so much I miss them! And I sure do love knowing that I don't have gas fumes in my house and I'm shielded from energy market fluctuations. With both solar and geothermal and my EV car, I don't care about world oil prices.

The team doing the install was nice and knowledgeable about the project at hand. They provided daily updates about their work and are easy to communicate with. The team is pet-friendly and respectful of your home. Making sure to clean up any mess they might create on a daily basis. Our install on a Geothermal cooling and heating system was complete at the end of January 2021 and our house has been comfortable ever since. If you are looking to heat and cool your home using less energy I highly recommend installing a system using Geo Therm. The installation started and ended as planned. Anytime we have had questions or concerns since the completion of the project they have been more than helpful. The true benefit of going with a local business.

From start to finish the Geotherm team was stellar. The sales process was accurate and informative. The salesman, Kenny, never made us feel any pressure to go forward with this process while giving us all the information we needed to make the decision to move forward. From the beginning of the process on getting the quotes, Explaining how the solar works and how the rebates and refunds are applied. They have a Team leader that followed through with the process and with two very knowledgeable installers that were very respectful of our time and considerate of our property.

We were absolutely impressed with the entire process with Geotherm. At the beginning, Kenny Nelson did an awesome job getting us comfortable with the benefits and costs of installing a geothermal system. He was very thorough and responsive to all of the questions we had. Once we committed to taking the leap, the Geotherm team put together an installation schedule and they stuck right to it.....right on schedule. They completed the project in June. Jesse Carson, Mitch Conklin, and the rest of the installation team were very professional during the entire project. They did a great job communicating with us during the project through completion. And they did a follow-up meeting a couple weeks later to ensure things were working as planned. So far, the AC has been working great, and we're looking forward to seeing how well the heat works in the coming months. We give the Geotherm team two huge thumbs up!

The installation of our Geothermal system was completed in December replacing a forty-five year old electric baseboard and wood stove system. In a nutshell, we have been very happy and impressed with its performance to date. Throughout this winter the system has maintained a consistent comfortable temperature throughout the house, even on single digit and below zero days. The system is sufficient in size that we have not had to utilize its auxiliary heater or supplement with other heating sources. We are looking forward to how the cooling system performs this summer. With respect to energy savings, we continue to evaluate our energy usage.

We were very pleased with the Geo-Therm staff that worked with us on this massive project (our house required installation of duct work in addition to the Geothermal system). From our very first contact with Geo-Therm the staff was professional and responsive to our questions and concerns. We worked with Kenny during our initial contacts and found him very prompt in answering our questions and explaining the process for installation. He always got back to us and provided a detailed and realistic estimates. We enjoyed working with the crew, Jesse, Chris, Ben and Rob, who were very customer oriented. In fact, the first and last interactions of the day were (as well as doing a couple times throughout the day), “Do you have any questions? Do have any concerns?”. The crew took the time to tell us what they planned to accomplish each day and the next day. They asked for our input on items and considered our thoughts/opinions. The crew was respectful of the property and thoroughly cleaned up at the end of each day, including sweeping up the floors. We had a few minor hiccups during and just after installation which were addressed promptly with appropriate solutions.

There were considerable inconveniences during construction and substantial clean up in the loop field post installation. When staff say the yard will be a mess, the yard will be a MESS and will need landscaping to restore it (as in our case). The Geo-Therm staff were clear on that point from day one. We were also surprised by the bulk of some of the duct work that needed to go through the garage. We were informed of the required diameter as part of the design phase but didn't appreciate what that meant and how much space was needed until it was up. The removal of old baseboards and thermostats will require some paint, new trim and small dry wall patches. All minor in comparison to the benefit of having a consistent heating/cooling system and never having to raise and lower the thermostats when coming and going. The house is always comfortable.

In May of 2023 we had GeoTherm, Geo Doctor service and pressurize our 35 year old Geothermal heat pump. Upon examination of our system we were made aware of some insufficiency in our duct work. Joe and his crew went above and beyond our expectations. At the completion we are left with better air flow and a more comfortable home. We are thankful to Geo Doctor for all their knowledge and expertise. We would definitely work with this company again and we recommend Geo Doctor.
EDIT :2025 New Install. This May, we had Geotherm replace or 37 year old heat pump. We decided on the WaterFurnace W5AV048, 5 Series. It's been working great since install, we are looking forward to better efficiency, and lower heating and cooling in the coming months. The install team of Dan, Cody and Alex was a pleasure to work with. They were professional, polite and fun to work with. They addressed our many questions and concerns.
