Geotherm recently installed a state-of-the-art geothermal system in our newly built home. Dan and Cody were great to work with every step of the way. The quality of their product and service was top notch. I highly recommend them.

The Geotherm team was excellent to work with. They installed a top of the line system, explained throughly the whole process and answered all questions along the way. The install team was professional, respectful and exceptionally clean. Hats off to the install team Dan, Ryan, and Noah. Theses guys know what they're doing and you can tell they take a lot of time to train their team the right way.The install was done in a matter of days once they started the install. We had a ground source heat pump installed. I had looked at three other companies but Geotherm seemed to be the most knowledgeable. I knew the first day when I met the technicians/installers, Mitch and Cody, that I had absolutely made the right decision. They were very knowledgeable and treated my house like their own. They had pride in the quality of their work. I truly enjoyed having them in my home. Mitch explained every part of the installation and never tired of my questions. I am so pleased with the system and installation. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

The designers and installers at Geotherm are top notch. They evaluated our home and suggested the right amount of Solar panels to install. Once we evaluated the quote their engineers and technicians installed the system with a high amount of efficiency and friendliness. The job was done on time and within specifications.
We asked the Geotherm people to quote us on an Air Source Heat Pump. The price was comparable to our expectations. They just did the install and were as diligent and friendly as the team that performed our Solar install. Kudos to Dan and Cody.

We had our Geothermal system installed in May 2022. From the start of the process with Kenny in Sales, all of the evaluating and prep work with Joe and Jesse right down to the install and clean up, it was a great experience! During the install, not only were Mitch and Cody very professional, they were also extremely friendly with our children. Our kids looked forward to seeing them everyday. They showed up every morning and left every day with a smile on their faces. They kept us updated along the way and were super tidy, making sure to clean up at the end of everyday. After 1.5 yrs of having the system, we couldn’t be more thrilled with the efficiency of the heating and air! We had a tune up at the year mark and everything was in great working order. Thank you so much for an awesome job and overall great company to work with!

We had a ground source heat pump system installed in April. I was amazed at how quickly the project was accomplished given how big a job this was. Everyone involved in our project was amazing. Kenny Nelson answered all our questions as we were planning the project and walked us through the financing applications and made sure we had all the details on rebates. Jessica managed all our paperwork and made sure we had the documentation we needed to file for those rebates.
Dan and Cody did our install, in a finished basement with a layout that definitely threw them some curveballs. They got the install done in a few days with a minimum of disruption to our household, & everything was clean and finished when they left. The excavation for the ground loop was completed in one day. In the pouring rain! They worked around the trees on our lot, left my clothesline pole standing, untouched, and even set aside the anemometer for our weather station that I'd missed when prepping the yard, so that it didn't get wiped out.
Now we're enjoying our lower electricity bills and quiet heat and AC! Thanks again to everyone involved.

The Geotherm Gentlemen worked well together, were efficient, courteous and virtually bent over backwards to explain how the system works. Dan , Ryan, and Alex installed a geothermal HVAC and hot water system for my home. They were a complete pleasure to work with. I would 100% recommend them and Geotherm so far, without hesitation. Solar is the next step for us, also via Geotherm. These guys went above and beyond - attention to detail, professionalism, patience with us as homeowners and peppering them with questions; simply the best.

Been in our house for about a year and we currently have a geo thermal system, however…. the original company that installed is now bankrupt due to improperly installing and not making right with customers. Been having issues since we moved in. We were recommend to reach out to Geotherm and they have been educating us since we moved in on how it should be running. Decided to upgrade and replace the existing system so it would work properly. Sales and installation team were great, excavation work was neat and professional. Unit/piping was installed clean and neat. Highly recommend.

Geotherm recently completed a complex job for our home which included a Water Furnace Series 7 unit and a Series 5 split unit. To further complicate things, the Series 7 and half of the Series 5 unit were both installed in a crawlspace. I have been told that, as crawl spaces go, ours is a nice one but it is still a crawlspace. A challenging place to install a large HVAC system, to say the least.

My experience from the initial sales contact (Kenny Nelson) through installation and startup was excellent. I would like to thank the installation team led by Dan but also included Cody, Ryan, Alex, and Jesse Carson. Their patience and professionalism are unparalleled and I would highly recommend Geotherm to anyone looking into a clean energy project for their home.

Every step of the process from the initial sales call to get a quote, through the planning and installation, and all the way until the final walk-through went perfectly. It's a great system installed with a high level of quality. Every other contractor that came into the house complimented the work Geotherm did on the ducts and ventilation installation.

My husband and I just switched to geothermal. Our installer, Mitch, did a beautiful job with our duct work and system overall. He was thorough, thoughtful, and very clean. There was an issue with one of the pieces of equipment. Mitch addressed it quickly and kept us updated every step of the way. Can't want to use this company to install solar later this year!

Our experience with Geotherm was terrific, beginning with our low pressure and very helpful sales experience with Kenny, to great communication with the three "J"s (Jesse, Jesse, and Jessica), and especially with our friendly installers Chris and Ben, who worked under adverse conditions with a smile, were respectful of our property and time, and always made sure we had answers to our questions. Company personnel are clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about their work and we could not be more satisfied with our competitively-priced solar panel system. Enthusiastically recommended!

Great team! From Sales to Installation, a really high-quality group! The Project Manager (Dan) and installers (Ryan and Alex) were exceptionally polite, very personable, had great communication skills, were meticulous, and very attentive to details. The job site was always kept clean at the end of every day. We always knew what was going on throughout the process. Their design of the main system and duct work was way better than we could have imagined. We would not hesitate to recommend this people-oriented company!

Could not be happier with my geothermal system! I finally have adequate heating to my second floor and kitchen! The whole crew was amazing and professional. I'm writing as a neighbor of a Geotherm project. I really like my neighbor, he did nothing wrong, he made sure to get confirmation and sign-off from me in terms of the equipment that would need to go through my lawn. I haven't seen the ultimate result of that yet and will adjust my review accordingly.

Geotherm got to drilling this morning, and I was expecting some noise and vibration, no problem. What I was NOT expecting was the extremely foul odor of sulfur which, by the mid-afternoon, had completely permeated my house, and the neighbors all around reported the same. If this can't be done without polluting and potentially sickening the surrounding neighborhood, it shouldn't be done, period.

Most of the neighbors around this property, myself included, have moved out temporarily because it's intolerable to be anywhere near it. That's not ok, with any kind of contracting work, period.

2/7/23 Update: It's been one year since the install, and it's been the best decision we've made for our house. We don't even think about the temperature outside, it's always perfect inside. A family friend, who's an old school contractor with extremely high standards, took one look at the work that Geotherm did in the basement and said "Wow, these guys did it right." He's never impressed by anything, so that says it all.

We reached out to Geotherm about installing a geothermal system in our 130+ year old house. This house had a boiler system with old radiators, so converting it to a forced air geothermal system was a massive undertaking.

From beginning to end, everyone at Geotherm was incredible. Kenny, Jesse, Joe, Mitch, Cody, Alex, and Jessica - each of them went above and beyond! Given the size and scope of the project, they were at our house for several weeks, and, while always professional, they were also friendly & pleasant to have around. They knew our kids & dogs by name, and our kids would get excited to say hi every morning. Mitch & Cody are two of the hardest workers we’ve ever seen, especially working outdoors in sub-zero January temperatures.

The final result was well worth it. We’re thrilled to have a system that heats & cools our big old house evenly and efficiently. No more hot/cold spots and no more propane bills. We would absolutely choose Geotherm again, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others.

First class operation from Kenny in sales and contract, Jessica coordinating the project and especially Dan, Cody Alex and Ryan who did the installation. They were professional, courteous, efficient and maintained a clean work environment. We love our new geothermal system and recommend Geotherm without hesitation.

I cannot say enough good things about these guys. First of all, I really liked that I was able to communicate directly with the owner (Jesse) reguarding pricing and questions about the right system for me. The installation team was amazing. Project Manager, also named Jesse, was awesome. I used these guys on a new construction so they were very detailed about where the best location was to place registers, returns and the system. These guys truely take pride in their work and (Project Manager Jesse) would call me daily on the progress of things.

I went with the Water Furnace Series 5 and Desuperheater. So far I love the system. The system runs really quiet and I barely notice its on. It also really gives me free hot water which is awesome. I cant say how much money the system is saving me yet but we will soon see. I highly recommend Geotherm and will be using them again to do some duct work when I finish a bonus room.

Update: I decided to talk to these guys about solar. After reviewing the numbers there was no way for me not to get it considering the fact that the loan payment for the solar panels was less than my average monthly bill for electric. I was not surprised that the crew that installed my panels were very personable and provided awesome customer service. The crew also worked around both my kids nap schedules which was probably an inconvenience for them. I have only had the panels operating for a few days but they are producing even more than what was estimated. Once again I cannot say enough about Geotherm, from the process of explaining the system/numbers/cost with Jesse Cook, to the install, just exceptional.
