I have hydronic floor heating in my home and needed a new boiler. I decided to go with a Viessmann combi boiler system so I went to the Viessmann website and found local dealers. I discovered after getting a number of different quotes that knowledge of floor heating is not widespread. When Nate from KRD came out it was clear he was very knowledgeable about radiant floor heating. His price was reasonable, his knowledge was excellent so I went with him and KRD. I’m glad I did. His employees were professional, knowledgeable and did a great job. They went above and beyond in my opinion. For example, I was not home when they finished the job so I called and asked if they could send someone out to explain the new boiler and they quickly did. It’s been a little over 3 months since they installed the new boiler and everything is working great. Can’t recommend KRD enough.

Responded quickly for an emergency w our furnace. Very professional and took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done.

Called when I had observed ground water coming up through the floor drain in my basement, they arrived shortly after and gave me a quote on the spot beating out other companies and we set up a day to do the work needed to get things back to normal, the work they did was quality Nate and the crew were professional and efficient, I will definitely be using them for my plumbing needs in the future!

Very knowledgeable, they were able to figure best case scenario as my house don't have prints. Did a great job and am currently looking to hire them again this or next week.

Shout out to these guys, another company told me in the dead of winter the part I needed was 6 weeks out they told me to go buy space heaters til then. Next day I called KRD 20 minutes they were at my house taking pictures 2 hours later they were back with the part I needed.

Nate and his crew are absolutely awesome! My husband and I have counted on KRD for the past 10 plus years and they have never let us down.

In 2017 they installed a new boiler system at my place of business. Since then he's had to come back to make some adjustments and he's always saved the day so my crew doesn't freeze.

He had installed and serviced our tankless in our main home on several occasions. In 2015 Nate and Nick plumbed our new house for us and installed our heating system.

Hired them replace most of the cast iron sewer line and and add connections for future plumbing projects we have in mind. While doing the work they ran into a couple small issues which they were prepared for and they did not cause any delays in completing the work, nor were they a huge additional expense. Quality of work was great, very professional and thoroughly explained all the work they did.

Far less expensive than other companies for my new tankless heater. Although the heater had a noise problem after it was installed, the tech and owner worked with the manufacturer until they replaced the unit. Techs are courteous and did a clean install.

All I wanted was my hot and cold water handles replaced in my stand up shower. It took him 5 min to replace. Part was 72$ service call fee 190$. Also there was a green main shut off valve right next to old shut off valve. Guy chose the old one he didn’t see green valve. That’s on him not me I’m not a plumber that’s why I called. He then took 45 min to fix main valve because it was leaking. I shouldn’t have to pay for that. They charged me one hour labor fee anyway. Also they got the wrong part in so decided to drive to Lockport from silver creek and I think they charged me for that. They say they didn’t but come on. 285$ for 5 minutes of work on a 72$ part? I give them 4 stars because they gave me 50$ back but still 235$. Maybe that’s just their pricing they prob are very good but too expensive for me.

Called them for what I thought was a issue with a brand new house. They arrived and it was a simple fix that I wish I would of thought of now. The fix took all of 5 mins but I was charged $130 for service call. They didn't bring any parts or have to use any tools for my issue. I appreciate their honesty but wish the cost wasn't so much. I was thinking $50 but not $130.

Installed everything in my new home, now it's 2yrs later & I have a problem. Called them and they came down the same day and repaired my issue.. great company!
