I reached out as we had just purchased a home and knew that the boiler hadn't been services in a few years. I called to make an appointment and they were out the next day. The technician was very knowledgeable and in addition to servicing the boiler and cleaning it out, he took the time to walk me through the whole system, showed me how the zones worked, checked the rest of the installation and pointed out some of the good points, as well as things to keep an eye on. He also reviewed the connected hot water tank and offered some suggestions that I could do myself. The cost of the service call was very reasonable, and I'm glad to find an HVAC contractor I can count on. Thanks for the great service!

My hot water tank stopped supplying hot water on 12/19. They called a guy out the next day, which was a Saturday. He came and lit the pilot light, I told him that it would go out since I did that already. He then noticed water coming from the control valve and said they would order a replacement part. I never heard back from them on Monday so I called in the late afternoon, to find they hadnt even ordered the part and said it wouldn't be in till after the holiday. Then billed me a 140 dollars just for coming to my house to light the pilot light and leaving. Scam business.
