they Upcharged us for some plumbing a HUGE amount, then did it wrong so we were not able to turn off the emergency shut off, and they "broke" the second water heater that did not need to be fixed and had nothing wrong with it and left water all over the floor and top of it saying it would dry-we thought the water all over the floor was from the water heater they replaced but the reason they did not clean it was because they purposefully broke the one that was much newer and had nothing wrong with it. we thought it rather odd they would leave water all over the place and leave! They have no emergency line for when there was leaking water all over the floor the next day and would not even call us back. not sure how they are in business. they are the third party for home depot. When we called to complain they simply quoted us to replace the second water heater that was not broken until they caused it to leak. makes me sad to see such lying and deceit.
