    This review is my opinion based on my experience with platinum east electric. I have a new construction home on the north fork of Long Island. I spoke to Keith the owner of the company we discussed in great detail the fixtures and chandeliers that needed to be hung in my house oh. He said no problem, he gave me a quote I accepted, and we made an arrangement and date for the work to be done. He was only able to accommodate the work during the week day so I left my mother at the house 72-year-old lady to help organize and assist the workers. when the workers arrived, my mother showed them the fixtures and chandeliers. i was on the speaker phone listening to the conversation. after she showed them the chandeliers, they decided they did not want to do the work and left the job site stating that my mother “gave them a hard time”. totally unprofessional. this is another example of north fork loser companies, who are basically liars and incompetent. do not use this company. they are not trustworthy.
