Had a large tree near our home removed by Woodeez. Reasonably priced, quick service and did a great job with clean up. Would absolutely use them again and have already referred them to friends and family! Thanks again for a job well done!

Very disappointed in the lack of customer service. Got an estimate 3 weeks ago and had to follow up multiple times, only to be told that they don’t know and someone would contact me soon to schedule the work. No one has contacted me. I understand that the weather and other factors may be contributing to a delay, but if that is the case I would like to hear that from the company instead of silence.

I am so glad a friend recommended Woodeez for my tree removal needs! It was amazing to watch Jebb and the guys work expertly and quickly to take down four large maple trees in a small backyard with limited access. They were also very good at cleanup too. I definitely recommend Woodeez! Thanks guys!!

From estimate to ta-da! tree removal, Woodeez was absolutely fantastic! Jeffery was a gem – straight-talking, respectful, and kind. Then Jeb and Matthew showed up, and let me tell you, they were like tree-removal ninjas! Seriously, Jeb & Matthew's work ethic in that 20-degree weather? Legends! I was beyond impressed. After a real tree-mendous saga with our big beauty, Woodeez was the perfect ending. Highly recommend!

We can not rave enough about Woodeez. Jeff went way above and beyond to expedite our tree removal at an extremely fair price. (Jeff's urgency and concern subsequently saved us from what would have likely been a hefty insurance claim, too.) Woodeez is a refreshing reminder that there are still honest, professional, and highly-skilled businesses out there. We will continue to use them for our tree maintenance needs.

I don't have enough good things to say about Woodeez. The office staff, estimator, and crew were all incredibly easy to work with; they were timely, professional, and courteous. The crew that worked at my house were experts in their craft, and used modern tools and equipment to complete the job safely. They were also MUCH more affordable than other tree services in the area.

I would recommend Woodeez to anybody in the Rochester area looking for tree work. They will certainly be my first call for any future tree work. Thank you Woodeez!

Kevin and his crew removed a large willow (5' in diameter at the base) along with a blue spruce that was near the power line. The price was very fair and was quite a bit lower than another local tree company had quoted. I used them another time to trim a Linden in the backyard. They did a GREAT job! I highly encourage anyone that is getting quotes to include Woodeez. Everyone was very pleasant to deal with including the salesperson in charge of quoting. I don't believe you will be disappointed as the work was high quality and fairly priced. They own the right equipment to handle most anything.

Taylor, Mike & Jeb did an absolutely amazing job shaping and trimming 6 trees on my property today.

They kept me engaged along the way to be sure the trees were shaped well.

Their attention to totally clean up everything was a totally professional touch.

Very fair pricing, great communication with Jeff for estimating. When the trucks and “tree guys” showed up, all were very respectful, of me and my property, and I felt comfortable that we understood the plan. The work was done with great care and safety, the clean up was constant and meticulous. I hope that these Woodeez employees know that they did a wonderful job, and can be proud. I’ll always use and recommend Woodeez Tree Service.

These guys were the best! Did quite extensive work and when they left it was as if they weren’t here at all! Spotless clean up. Shout out to Jeff who handled the schedule and coordination and to Chad who put in such care and hard work. Wouldn’t leave until I was 100% satisfied. Would definitely recommend!!

Woodeez did grinding on 50 or so evergreens on 9/11/25. The trees were already cut down and laid out for decent access. The crew was a pleasure to work with and they made short work of the project. The guys did a great job cleaning up all of the left over debris as well. Gave 4 versus 5 stars only because there was a snafu in the scheduling. We did work through that and they got here quickly to get things done. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Loved working with this company, they were extremely professional and completed the job quickly. Everything was cleaned up when they left and we absolutely love the work they did in our trees. Fairly priced, very friendly!

Will and his team came out and did an incredible job on 2 large, mature trees on my property. I can’t believe how much better the trees and my yard look! The crew did a fabulous job cleaning up and were polite and respectful throughout the process even checking in regularly to make certain I was happy with their work. The best part is that I quoted 3 companies and Woodeez was the best in price!

The crew took down some small trees and trimmed a kwanzon cherry. They seemed very knowledge on trimming and did a super job. Super cleanup, not a twig left on the lawn. Crew was happy and friendly, I would not hesitate to ask them to do more work in the future.

Booked an appointment last week for a professional to come out today between 1-6 and was supposed to call when on the way to let us know. Not only did we not get a call, but an invoice just showed up with the estimate today at our house. I did get the quote for the dead tree, but had they actually called or met us on-site as told, we had other work we wanted quoted, and were prepared to sign for.Seems like they dont care of they get the business or not. Needed to speak with the estimator but didn't even get the chance. Not a good way to do business, and just lost out on over $2000.00 worth of work. Terrible process.
