We had the opportunity for Pristine House Washing to take care of my parents house, and deck. The level of professionalism that Pat and his team showed is something you don’t see much these days. Great pricing, Incredible attention to detail, above and beyond service are just a few words to describe our experience with Pristine. Pat did an incredible job and truly made the house and deck look fresh, clean and new! Best part was we didn’t even have to be home when they came. Patrick does a fantastic job for a very fair price! They cleaned the roof when moss was starting to grow afew years ago & it's still like new. They have powerwashed the house, windows, cleaned the gutters & are always respectful of the property.

We had Pat come out who was very knowledgeable on our 100 year old aluminum house, including the oxidation process that has already started on our house and what he would be able to do with it and where the rust stains were coming from. He was able to get rust removed and did an amazing job! Price was reasonable and the house looks awesome!

This review is long overdue, but I have to share my experience with Pat from start to finish. Pat was quick to return my call and with a few pieces of information he was able to provide an estimate that was about half of the other 2 quotes I received. He understood and encouraged that I get additional estimates and was able to put me on his schedule within several days. Pat and his son (Cody?) showed up early on a Sunday and completed the job cleaning my 2-story house with vinyl siding in about an hour. The 2 of them worked well together and did not complain about the many obstacles they had to work around. The house looks brand new and worth ever dollar! I will be sure to call them every few years to wash my siding and any other jobs in between. Thanks Pat!!
