John at done right did an amazing job and was very professional! I’m beyond happy with the results! My carpet looks brand new! He talked to me step by step on what he was doing and why! In my opinion there’s no better company and will be using done right from now on! Thanks John! Great job!

The owner Johnny, is prompt, courteous, professional, knowledgeable, and polite. We have used his services to many times to count and his services are always the same. That’s hard to find theses days.

We have used Done Rights services for; carpet, upholstery, area rugs, and our large ornate wool rug in the den. Always to our complete satisfaction.

We also use there home cleaning services weekly and have done so for seven years.
Karen, has been there for us not only weekly but after our large holiday parties and family get-togethers. We continue to use Johnny and Karen’s services because we like status quo. We went through many companies before a good friend of ours recommended Done Right. We couldn’t be happier.

We have used this company twice for carpet cleaning. The most recent was Tuesday September 15th 2020. John is very professional and courtesy. His work is top notch. Our 15 year old carpet looks great! Always happy with the service and rate. Hes coming to clean the duct work this week. I'll review again.

Want a great company. He was on time and well equipped. He had a mask on the whole time. He was kind and willing to please. He got stains out that I thought were permanent. We were very comfortable having him in our home. He answered all of our questions and was a easy person to talk to. We will call Done Right for all our carpet cleaning.

Johnny is absolutely the best @ getting tough stains out of carpets! He steam cleaned my father’s apartment after a move & there were many stains that needed special treatment even after an initial carpet clean. We were told all new carpet would have to be purchased but he was able to get it looking brand new and we weren’t charged! He is very reasonably priced, professional & I would highly recommend😊

Done Right Cleaning and Restoration did an excellent job on cleaning my carpets in my home after my dog had a few “accidents”. The owner was able to treat the areas and return my carpet back to it original look with a refreshing scent. I have used them for years to maintain my carpets. The owner will do whatever it takes to get the job done. I have recommend this company to my friends and family who have also experienced the same professional and courteous service. I had Done Eight Cleaning and Restoration come out and shampoo my carpets in my home. They were very kind, professional and efficient. The were done in about 2 hours and my carpets look brand new!! I was also very happy with the price I was quoted and will definitely be using them again. 5/5 recommend.

Johnny did an awesome job cleaning our carpets. It's smells great and it's natural. The carpet dried within hours, he does not leave it sopping wet like other companies I've used in the past. Will definitely do business with them again. He's personable and considerate. The price was right too.

John has cleaned my carpets and furniture for years. Never had a stain he couldn't help we get out. I have used many of his services. I had a sweage flood 2 weeks before Christmas from a busted pipe in my basement. John and his crew professionally cleaned everything in 2 days and dealt with my insurance company for me. It was a blessing to have a trusted professional handle such a stressful, disgusting job with ease. I also have him do my air ducts at the end of each season, and have noticed my children's and I have had less allergies and illnesses. John's always reasonable for price and the service is alway impeccable. Never had to complain.

Nothing but exceptional service from my first encounter with John. Was moving into a new house and needed someone to clean the rugs before the movers brought our furniture over and John was able to schedule our service for the next day. They did an amazing job on some tough carpets and went above and beyond. Would highly recommend them to everyone and I’m even having them come back to clean the ducts, tile floors and upholstery since I’m sure they’ll continue to do a great job. Can’t thank them enough!

I’ve been using Pinnacle for 4 to 5 years, and my lawn has steadily declined every single season under their care. Now it’s early spring, and somehow every other lawn on my street is already coming in green except mine.

At this point, it’s not bad luck or a dry summer, it’s a pattern. Each year I chalk it up to tough weather or bad luck, but that excuse only goes so far. If it was tough weather last year, then why are my neighbors’ lawns bouncing back just fine while mine continues to struggle? Their yards still look a million times better than mine. The pictures speak for themselves.

Many of them use different companies or no service at all, and their yards still look better than mine. The only consistent difference is Pinnacle.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Not once has anyone knocked on my door to acknowledge the decline or suggest a solution. No recommendations, no adjustments, no effort to actually improve the situation. Just quick visits, in and out in ten minutes, with no visible care or attention.

At this point, it feels like I’ve been paying for a service that has actively made my lawn worse year after year. What used to be a lush, healthy yard is now one of the worst on the block. That’s unacceptable.

If you’re considering Pinnacle, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere unless you’re okay watching your lawn decline while nothing changes.
