I was happy to find kitchens by countryside and had them remodel an upstairs bathroom and install new flooring on the first floor in the kitchen area.

Finishing the project was time consuming as after the tile work was complete clean up took a couple of weeks. Also items needed to be moved back and it was hard to get the workers back to get everything finalized. Timing the project completion stage could have been better. I didn't like being at the mercy of the contractors schedule. But these days I think that happens with any contractor.

Right now I am experiencing some issues with the new vent fan they installed in the bathroom. The attic blown in insulation is coming into the bathroom fan which is an indication that the vent itself might be slightly off track. I have not called yet to get someone here but I will very soon.

I love my tile floor it has made a huge difference in the home.

The project manager was supposed to meet with me to finalize the project and have me sign paperwork but he never made it. I still have their lift straps here.

Overall speaking up to get the project completed the way that I really wanted helped and overall I am pleased with the work that they completed. And Yes I'll call them again.

Alexandra designed a new layout for our kitchen that made it both beautiful and functional. We can't believe all of the storage we have now. She was knowledgeable and easy to work with. She suggested so many things we would never have thought of. We wish had called her sooner!

Cheryl Van was very helpful in designing and making our kitchen more functional. Before, a table would take up the majority of the room, now we have a nice eat in space for the kids. Plus plenty of storage!

Kitchen by Oaks did a fantastic job on remodeling my bathroom. Kudos to Bonnie Gloris on the design, she did a awesome job helping me plan.

Both Jubilee and John were great to work with. They have an excellent work ethic, are good listeners, and quickly acted on requests or issues I raised. I would be happy to work with either of them again.

Our experience with Oaks was disappointing, to say the least. First, our Project Manager, Joe, lied to us about the timeline to suit his purposes. He assured me ours was a 3 day project so it would be completed by the time our company came for Labor Day. The job was completed late in October. Joe left so many things undone, I don't know where to start! He even had his crew show up on the wrong day to start the project. After the third plumber left (problems included adjusting water mix valve, tightening up wobbly faucet, increasing water pressure), we attempted to switch out the new faucet for our old one, and found the water restrictor that the plumber couldn't. We repainted, polyurethaned and caulked the floor trim piece, but as you can see, it was not installed level. They also left trash and unused supplies for us to deal with. Contacting the owner resulted in a left message on my voicemail, and no return call to my response. Terrible customer service and shoddy workmanship. STAY AWAY!!!

Thank you, Amanda and crew, for making our remodeling dream a reality. It was a great pleasure working with all of you. Your kindness and professionalism was a breath of fresh air during these crazy times. In four months, we said goodbye to 1986; hello, 2022. We have the counter space we always wanted in a bright, cozy kitchen. We can cook and clean up together with ease. Thanks again from two foodies!

Tim and I finally took the big plunge and updated our 1950's kitchen. We decided on Kitchens by Countryside and have been very happy with the results. Diana was able to design and show us our kitchen in 3D to help us visualize what we needed and also make it all fit into a tight space. We had a load bearing wall removed and we can't believe the difference. Our contractor, Joshua, kept on top of all the trades and was always responsive to any concerns. I have attached some pictures. Remodeling a kitchen is a huge expense, they worked with us to keep our cost down and still look upscale. I am only sorry we waited so long to do this. Thank you Diana and Joshua.

Kitchens by Oaks was very easy to work with starting with the design. The installers were friendly, skilled and professional. Each day the crew started by protecting our wood floor and cleaned up when done for the day. All of our concerns were addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. We couldn’t be more pleased with our new kitchen cabinets, backsplash, sink and countertops. We would definitely recommend Kitchens by Oaks.

Our house was built in 1976 and we still had original kitchen. This past year we decided to have the whole kitchen remodeled. We met with Amanda and she is simply fabulous. She gave us copies of the her design and also allowed us to take photos of the suggestions she had prior to bleeprint being completed. Our project manager was Patrick and he too was fantastic. He stayed in contact with us by telephone call or text. When there was a glitch in obtaining products he was more concerned about the small delay then we were. He would contact us every day to advise what would be happening and who would be doing the work. He also and stopped by to check on the work performed that day in the afternoon. Project started on time around August 22 and was completed by beginning February. That was mainly due to having to have some pull out drawers replaced. During the whole tme of construction the kitchen was useable. All the contractors they used were very professional, arrived on time and basically worked from the minute they came in until the end of day. Part of the kitchen remodeling included opening the wall between our kitchen and dining room. Prior to remodeling there was just small entrance way into room now it is wide open. See photos. One other change we made was to take the wall next to refrigerator and open it up and have it divided in half (opened to hallway previously for linen closet). We now have one half of it as a linen closet and the kitchen side is a pantry. Highly recommend anyone thinking of remodeling kitchen to meet with Kitchens by Countryside

I hope that I'm leaving this review in the right place. We did not have our kitchen remodeled, but we hired Oaks/Graves Brothers Construction for an exterior construction project. The team was fantastic, from beginning to end. I live in a very old house; we needed a severely water-damaged deck-type structure at the front of the house to be completely removed & replaced (the "deck" covers part of an old root cellar). It turned out that to make the structure waterproof (absolutely essential), it required a rather complicated bit of team-work between Oaks's carpentry and construction crew & their roofing unit. Bryan A. was the project manager, and he was personable, professional, and communicative. He always made sure to keep us updated and informed as to our options and our progress. John C was the lead construction engineer/carpenter on the project. He was friendly, knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient. After John had torn out the old deck, he noted a problem with the underlying structure -- a water damaged & severely rotten load-bearing beam that needed to be replaced. I was rather distraught about the discovery, but John reassured me that he could almost certainly come up with a solution that didn't require knocking out walls and such in my 175 year old house. Indeed, John & Bryan worked out a plan to shore-up everything and to replace the rotten beam. Then John (with the diligent help of Joe and Nathan) executed the job, with only a single extra day added to the project, in order to remove & to replace the old rotten beam. Amazing. The roofing crew arrived and completed their work in short order; then John & Nathan finished the project. The new deck is beautiful and sturdy, and it seamlessly blends with the architecture of the house. I'm thrilled! John, Nathan, and Joe did an excellent job. Not only were they extremely hard workers, they also told me a lot about the construction of my home and about various building techniques that were used in the 1850s when the house was built. These guys functioned not only as top notch construction & carpentry professionals, they were also (essentially) historians, structural engineers, artists, and architectural archeologists. They were also friendly, competent, and completely reassuring. When the project was finished, Bryan called to make sure that we were happy with the final product, and he insured that all of the extra materials & refuse were picked up and removed within a day of completion. Overall, I'm absolutely delighted. The cost of this project wasn't cheap (what is these days?), but it was certainly reasonable, given the extensive work that needed to be done. In the future, should we have any other construction or renovation projects, we will definitely call Oaks, and I would, without hesitation, recommend Oaks to others. Many thanks to John, to Nathan, to Joe, to Bryan, & to the roofing crew for a top quality job done well!

My wife and I are extremely satisfied with the service provided by Kitchens by Countryside. Our designer was Bonnie and she provided excellent recommendations and kept us in the loop throughout the process. Mike, our project manager, was fantastic and accommodated to the changes we requested. The new laminate countertops and sink look amazing. It does provide a fresh look to our older style house.

From the start, we had snafu after snafu with oaks and their subcontractors. From measuring our cabinets wrong, putting ventilation holes in the wrong place, scratching our dining room table, and now (a full year after they finished) the company we hired to redo our roof noticed that our kitchen ventilation fan was not hooked up to the outside. The duct work was done to the outside, and from the microwave, but they never connected them. Why does it take another construction company to notice that oaks didn't complete their job inspite of their "assurances"? Definitely would not recommend.

We had the pleasure of working with Kitchens by Oaks for our recent kitchen remodel! Right off the bat, our design person Bonnie was great, she really listened and created a design that maximized the space we had (which was not large!). She did a great job of giving us a kitchen that is not only more functional, but is now much more light and bright! In terms of the project itself, they came in on time and on budget not sure I could ever ask for anything more!! Our project manager, Jubilee was incredible, Identifying issues we didn’t see, keeping the work schedules flowing and just always being available when we need her! She really held our hands through the whole process. Everyone who came to work on the project was great to deal with, always on time and always willing to answer our questions and offer feedback! In fairness, Kitchen By Oaks was not the lowest bid, but frankly gave us the most bang for the buck!!!! I recommend them highly and make sure you ask for the team of Bonnie and Jubilee!!!!

We had a closet converted to a first floor laundry area. Diana is a terrific designer and did a great job meeting all our needs. Project manager Jubilee did a wonderful job overseeing the project. Hector was the tech. We were amazed with his skills. He did it all, from carpentry, plumbing and electrical. We are extremely pleased with the finished result! Thanks to all at Oaks!

We had a complete bathroom remodel. The entire process was positive, from our designer, McKenna Joseph, and the other assistants to the installers, Rocco and James, and the site manager. Although I have forgotten some names, everyone was a pleasure to work with. The job was completed in a timely manner, utilizing excellent materials and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend their services.
