Our master bathroom remodel was expertly designed by Julia Punzi. That design plan was executed professionally and on time under the supervision of Jubilee Bancroft, project manager. Great communication and great attention paid to the details by Travis, Tyler and the other installers. We are very happy with final results and have recommended Oaks to family and friends.

Oaks was wonderful! Makenna, the salesperson, and Brian, the project manager, were outstanding. Makenna's design layout and Brian's coordinating and overseeing of the various subcontractors in particular are to be commended. The transformation from what my downstairs looked like prior to the renovation in comparison to the final outcome is truly amazing. I recommend Oaks!!!

I used Kitchens by Oaks for a full kitchen remodel after they came highly recommended by several people! My before (seen at the end of the photos) was an '80s honey oak monstrosity contractor grade build that was literally falling apart with lovely gingham wallpaper, so I was looking for a full transformation.

My designer, Cheryl, was super thoughtful. I came in with a slight idea of what I wanted, but even just from meeting me for an hour she clocked my tastes to a tee and I ended up picking out finishes completely different from what I had going in, but absolutely love. On the home visit she picked up on little things like my mug collection and wine rack and worked showcasing those into the final cabinet design. Even though I did a very simple remodel that was mostly the same footprint, she incorporated some enhancements that seemed small, but really improved the functionality of the space. She was also super accommodating to my budget, recommending a cabinet line that was also plywood construction but more affordable than the one I had researched online, and still in the style I was looking for.

I would be lying if I said there weren't some snags in the process that resulted in it going longer than I thought it would, like scheduling conflicts or needing to order something mid-project, but I think that's inevitable with a major renovation like this. Tom Herle, my project manager, was the saving grace throughout the whole project. Right from the start, he was there for any issues or questions and completely committed to making sure I was happy with the results and that things moved along as fast as possible. Tom personally stopped by regularly to check on the progress, keep things moving, and even pitched in for some of the work himself. When scheduling issues meant my appliances were going to be delivered before the floors were done, he and his crew installed them for me at no extra charge once the floors were completed. I joke to friends this is the most stressed I've ever been about a project where I did none of the work (okay, I did tear down the wallpaper myself), but honestly Tom made the process as stress-free as possible for me.

Overall, I'm in love with the result. Had I not used Oaks for the process, I probably would have gotten something I liked, but with Oaks I got a design that's 1000% my design style and installed with a great level of professionalism and precision.

From sales to construction to final product, I was very pleased with my experience. There were many hands on this project and everyone involved did a great job. There were many other companies I could have gone with, however I chose kitchen by oaks because of the positive sales experience. The person I worked with understood that I was looking for cabinetry and countertops that would be environmentally conscious and sustainable. Knowing this was important to me, she presented me with very good options and recommendations. I was also very pleased with the person who oversaw the project. He was good with setting my expectations and resolving any minor issues that came up.

We are very happy with the results of our total kitchen and 1/2 bath remodel. The Kitchens by Oaks teams were great to work with, and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and remained functional during the entire process. An added bonus was buying all of our appliances through Oaks. We saved literally thousands of $’s versus buying from the big box stores.
There were some twists and turns and bumps along the way with the kitchen construction. That being said, they made everything right and that’s what’s important to us. And yes, my wife loves the kitchen!!! And the beautiful job that was done with the bathroom!
While all of the construction crew teams were truly exceptional, a special shout out to Jubilee our project manager who communicated exceptionally well through the entire process and exceeded expectations.

We called Kitchens by Oaks after a google search to have our bathroom remodeled. After getting 3 quotes, we had a good feeling about Kitchens by Oaks, and our instincts were right. From the initial design stage with Bonnie Gloris, who laid out excellent design choices and gave us all the details of the job, then the managing of this job by the Project manager Jubilee Bancroft who was there everyday to ensure all was going according to plans, and to the excellent workmanship by Eli and others on the construction team, this project seemed to go smoothly from start to finish. We can’t say enough good about all of the people involved with our remodel job, they were professional, very hard working, and had nice personalities. It was again reminding us we chose the right company.

We love our new bathroom, and will recommend Kitchens by Oaks to family and friends!

Kitchens by Oaks recently completed a neo angle shower in our Master Bathroom. They exceeded our expectations with their professionalism and expert craftsmanship! Brian Brownyard did a superb job in scheduling and follow up for all aspects of the work. Olivia Petichick expertly designed the shower to fit the existing footprint. Chad and Paco did a neat and organized tear down and plumbing work. Tommy did beautiful tile work - a piece of artwork. Alex was the drywall expert- seamless! Skill Glass added their expertise and completed the glass door to complement the overall look. Kudos to the Kitchen by Oaks team!

Makenna Joseph was our kitchen designer. We had waited decades to renovate our kitchen and had some false starts before. Makenna successfully created a beautiful and functional kitchen design. She listened. She adapted. She made great suggestions, and her suggestions really elevated the final result.

Once designed, the entire team of skilled specialists were organized and scheduled by an excellent Project Manager, Jubilee Bancroft. Jubilee is a great communicator. She provided a calendar of the initial install plan. Of course, no large project can avoid mishaps, but how you deal with them is the measure of a great Project Manager. A cabinet or 2 arrived broken, Jubilee was able to expedite replacements and keep the work going. She had a great rapport with her team, too. I don't know everyone's names, but John did an outstanding job, working continuously and making adjustments as required. The painter was so skilled and such a nice guy. The electricians were top-notch; we had worked with Pye2 Electric before. The drywallers were Dylan and Darick from 3D Ceiling Art. These young men have skills!

Overall, I was impressed with Kitchens by Oaks' integrity and honesty. We went over a final punch list of the last small things that needed to be done, and Jubilee agreed. Those things got done quickly.

We have had our new wonderful kitchen for about a week, and we've already cooked a few meals, and with a little more time, we may believe it is actually ours.
