I’ve been using Pinnacle for 4 to 5 years, and my lawn has steadily declined every single season under their care. Now it’s early spring, and somehow every other lawn on my street is already coming in green except mine.

At this point, it’s not bad luck or a dry summer, it’s a pattern. Each year I chalk it up to tough weather or bad luck, but that excuse only goes so far. If it was tough weather last year, then why are my neighbors’ lawns bouncing back just fine while mine continues to struggle? Their yards still look a million times better than mine. The pictures speak for themselves.

Many of them use different companies or no service at all, and their yards still look better than mine. The only consistent difference is Pinnacle.

What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of accountability. Not once has anyone knocked on my door to acknowledge the decline or suggest a solution. No recommendations, no adjustments, no effort to actually improve the situation. Just quick visits, in and out in ten minutes, with no visible care or attention.

At this point, it feels like I’ve been paying for a service that has actively made my lawn worse year after year. What used to be a lush, healthy yard is now one of the worst on the block. That’s unacceptable.

If you’re considering Pinnacle, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere unless you’re okay watching your lawn decline while nothing changes.

Very bad experience with Pinnacle lawn service. They will over bill on quoted price for service and will get burned trails everywhere on your lawn even if you water the lawn every day. I was told by many people not to use Pinnacle and very sorry I should have listened.

Great product, 4 neighbors have changed to pinnacle after seeing my lawn year after year

Didn't show up when they said they would. Cancelled and never bothered to let us know. And when called about the cancelation were dismissive. Just unprofessional.

Unprofessional on the phone and on the lawn. Had 5 treatments on my plan and only gave me 3. And were these even treatments with a guy running around my lawn.

I can’t say enough good things about this business. The lawn care treatment, communication, and response time is exceptional. JD is amazing. I would highly recommend this business.

I gave then a 5 but I would say 4.8 only because my lawn is wet frequently and they use a riding machine to put the fertilizer on. But the results spoke for themselves because I wanted to try another company due to me being new to the area and wanted to see how they did. It was a huge mistake and I am planning on going back to them this year and with them for as long as I am in Rochester and they are around

We have used Pinnacle since they broke off from High Point a few years ago. We were pleased with High Point and just as pleased with Pinnacle. Our lawn looks great!!

Had 5 treatments only did 3. This is a complete rip off. The guy that did my lawn did not even spread the fertilizer on all of my property. When I called in the guy was so rude trying to prove his point. 5-Star reviews are fake.

If your looking for a Company that is accommodating and considerate these guys are not for you. If you like to get notice before they show up or if you have a pet that needs to be inside when they do the application, these guys will not do that for you. Lawn results were not that great either , but I was willing to give it another year

My husband and I purchased our home two years ago and the lawn was beyond awful! The weeds were out of control & the lawn was missing giants patches of grass and other sections were covered in moss. We hired a company last year which helped slightly but this year we decided to stay local and go with Pinnacle. We have only received two treatments thus far this year and WOW! We are so impressed with not only our lawn, but the customer service as well. Everyone from the company that I have been in contact with has gone above and beyond with our multiple questions and our high expectations. It is truly a 5 star company and I highly reccommend them!

Pinnacle lawn service is awesome for dog owners! I had concerns prior to signing up for this years treatment not only due to my dog going nuts with someone on my property but also concerned with the chemicals involved. The owner is well aware of my concerns and reaches out to me every month asking what day and time frame is best so I can take my dog to doggy day care for the day to reduce my dogs anxiety. The owner will also follow up within a few hours letting me know enough time was passed for my dog to be in contact with the lawn. This is just the touch of the surface for how customer focused this company is! AND they are local! I would 1000% recommend Jason and his team!

I hired Pinnacle last year after an unfortunate experience with a big national company and it proved to be a great decision. My lawn is thick, lush, green, and has never looked better.

Before hiring Pinnacle, I had some trouble getting rid of a couple different type of weeds that seemed to return each year. At the initial visit, the Pinnacle employee identified them as Nuts Edge and Bindweed. These weeds have not been back since Pinnacle started servicing my lawn.

They are responsive, affordable, effective, and most importantly, a locally owned company.

John does a great job with our lawn service.
He calls the day before he plans to arrive. He is very prompt, and very efficient.
