Great detail in what to expect. Courteous and I time. The whole team made me feel confident I was getting the best service and product.

The technician was very unprofessional.Told me Novian sucked and I should replace ,before he even trouble shoot the situation. I could tell he didn't know anything . He called another technician to trouble shoot it. He took the sticker off the side of my unit with the model number on it. Told me I shouldn't fix it because I would be married to DAngelos and I would be chasing repairs. He Went totally out of his way to convince me not to repair it.
I had another technician come out he fixed the unit in an hour and 20 minutes went over the machine,said it was in good conditions and the unit didn't need to be replaced like you technician recommended. If your technician don't like working on certain models they shouldn't be sent out to work on them . I've been a contractor for over 30 years and have hired a lot of technicians to do work for me and I cannot believe this was the experience I had with a reputable company. You came highly recommended and I'm very disappointed!!!!

David came over to perform our annual furnace cleaning and was quite thorough as well as professional. We're grateful to have the D'Angelo's team take care of our HVAC needs. All the best in the year ahead!

Excellent experience with D’Angelo’s Plumbing. Replaced our water heater, replaced toilet seal and a few other minor plumbing repairs/updates. Was very respectful of property, very courteous, great communication. Will use them again. Highly recommend.

Purchased Whole House Air Conditioning. Everyone I interacted with from Josh (Sales) to the installers (Jeff, Christian, Ethan) were top notch . Very knowledgeable and professional. They put runners down on my floor and cleaned up everything to the way they found it. They were also good about selling me a unit that best fit my needs rather than their agenda. They arrived when scheduled and worked very efficiently. They met all expectations as represented and I'm very pleased.

Mike and the guys just finished doing some repairs to my boiler system and copper piping to get things ready for winter weather, which will be here before we know it.

All work was explained beforehand, all repairs were professionally done, all air was purged from the piping, and they did a walk around with me after everything was done.

Very pleased with their promptness and professionalism on the job. Definitely recommend!

The second time I have called upon D’Angelo’s, this time was not for an updated bathroom but for a water heater replacement. The quite old unit needed to be replaced and Jim was arriving at my house thirty minutes before Ben, who took my call, estimated that anyone could show up(with a 50 gallon electric water heater already in the back of the truck). Very quick and efficient, extremely nice, and downright pleasant and professional. I greatly appreciate the speed of service and the congeniality of a crew working together so that my family could get back into our busy schedule! Thanks

Josh came out and gave a thorough presentation of the products as well as providing a complete picture of what to expect on the day of installation and the warranty coverage. On call tech saved me from a weekend service fee and talked me through what might have been a furnace issue and possible solution and I decided to wait a day until weekday for routine fee. Unfortunately, issue still existed but tech found the issue right away and furnace working properly again. Satisfied cuatomer.

Had a split level AC/heater installed in a room I had built in the garage. Dan D’Angelo was very easy to talk to and make an appointment with even remotely since I live out of state. Had my handy man meet Josh there who gave me a very reasonable quote for the job.
The installation crew came promptly on the assigned time and day and did a very thorough and efficient job.
Recommend highly.

My downstairs zone on the boiler for hot water baseboard heating stopped working on Tuesday morning. A technician named Mike pointed out all of the problems and made recommendations on Tuesday afternoon. I approved the estimate of costs and Mike returned Wednesday and made all of the necessary repairs. Thankfully, we had heat in the upstairs zone and slept okay. By Wednesday afternoon, 3 pm, Mike finished the job and we now have heat both upstairs and downstairs. His efforts are greatly appreciated because we have guests arriving today and staying until Saturday for the Thanksgiving holiday. They can now sleep in the downstairs bedrooms and keep nice and warm. Thank you Mike and D'Angelo's for taking care of my emergency in a timely manner.

DeAngelo’s has awesome customer service ! Tech Mike came out and serviced our furnace today and did an excellent job. He pointed out an issue should me pics of what failed and what needed to be done to repair . Very Friendly and professional ! I would recommend DeAngelo’ services to anyone !

I have used D' Angelos Plumbing and Heating for > 10 years. I have an older home which needed an urgent hot water tank on a weekend, a new urgent toilet replacement, removal of a very heavy ceramic sink and metal sink replacement (to name a few). The attention to detail has been meticulous, communication clear, responsiveness great. I am writing the review now because I forgot to write the review for the last few visits. So, a 5+ Quality Rating, and a special callout to Jim and Mike.

The county requires an annual (backflow prevention) testing for our home. I believe the previous owner of the home used D'Angelo's as well, so we continued with them. Jim is the usual technician who comes to do the testing. & it's always a pleasure to see him. He works quickly & neatly, & is always very polite & professional.

The entire team was wonderful to work with and they made the entire process seamless. I have been using d’angelos for 8 years and they always exceed my expectations.
They are even wonderful to my dogs:)

David performed general maintenance on our furnace. He was was super friendly and thorough. Arrived within the scheduled timeframe and did a great job. Very pleased with the service.

Another great experience today with D'Angelo's Plumbing and Heating! Jim patiently listened to my concerns about our sump pump and crock. He thoroughly serviced all; cleaning and readjusting the components to correct the concern. All is functioning well! The service technicians are always respectful of the property. The office staff is excellent too! I would highly recommend D'Angelo's.

D'Angelo's is GREAT! I have called them a number of times over the years. They are always responsive, fast, & professional. Their techs are super nice & will take the time to not only address the issue but explain it to you & help ensure preventative measures for the future. All while being fairly priced & never gouging.
