Constraction reviews in Spring Valley, New York

I had my outside, very high columns and starburst painted and they look BRAND NEW! I should have done it years ago! Also, Adam refinished my wood front doors and they look “better than new”!

Fantastic Job! Never used Spilotras before but will from now on. Very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. They painters were very good. Bob was very good with helping with our color scheme. Price was very fair .
House looks great and the deck also. Will definitely recommend to everyone. Have already told friends about Spilotras. Thank You again.

We have used Spilotras for two separate interior paint projects and I would highly recommend them. The crews work quietly, cleanly, and efficiently. They did a phenomenal job with our kitchen, which involved removal of wallpaper and a chair rail. Worth every penny we paid.

We had a great experience with Spilotras Painting. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. Every person I had contact with was professional, friendly and reliable. Each day, the painters were on time and left their work area neat and clean at the end of the work day. They were also extremely patient when I couldn't make a decision and that made a stressful situation much easier. Thanks, to Rob, Mike and the Spilotras painting crew. You are the absolute best!

Spilotras Painting did not disappoint. We thought we needed a new roof when someone suggested we just power wash it, so we gave it a try. Not only did Spilotras painting do a fabulous job, our roof looks brand new and changed the whole look of our house! Today they painted a couple of bedrooms and we could not be happier. Rob was so helpful and responsive through out the process. They did an excellent job! There is no one better, quicker, more professional or neater than Spilotras painting. I highly recommend them for any service they offer. You can feel confident knowing that they will deliver! Thank you so much!!

Excellent company to deal with. A rarity these days. Robert contacts you right away, sets dates to get work done and keeps to his schedule. His crews are all neat, clean, courteous and professional. It has been a pleasure to have them my home. His carpenter Mark is excellent. I wish there were more contractors like this group.

Spilotras delivers excellent customer service and stellar work. From the friendly, prompt communication with the owners and employees to the thorough, high quality power washing that is always completed, the experience of working with the company is always top notch!

Not recommended is an understatement. To be sure, Spilotras price is very high. We trusted their contract which clearly stated detailed prep work for this price. However, they took the 50% deposit ($7,750) and started to paint without prepping or priming (even on new sheet rock). They didn't even cover all the new floors. To worsen the situation, the operations manager got in a huff when we told him about the problems. He immediately called off the workers so we were stuck with a mess after only 2 days. We asked for a different crew to make corrections but they tried to strong arm us for the other 50% to continue with the SAME crew. Spilotras did not try to work with us. Instead, they now want to keep thousands of our money AND we’d have to sign a waiver that Spilotras was dealing in good faith. Is this considered good faith?

Spilotras Painting, LTD did an amazing job at 360 Merrick Road. Their staff was professional completed the job in a timely manner. Resolution Real Estate Partners will contract them again for future projects. We would recommend them for your commercial project.

We have used Spilotras Painting in the recent past for painting projects in our home. Work is always done professionally, cleanly and on budget. This time around, we used Spilotras for power washing and roof shampooing. They did an excellent job on the whole project, leaving the roof, stucco siding and patio surfaces sparkling! I would recommend Spilotras to anyone looking for professionals who get the job done right the first time. Thanks!

Highly recommend this company. Workers did a great job. Pictures speak for themselves.

Had to get my roof reinforced and this company was great. I had two guys arrive early in the morning. Was very pleased with the punctuality. Juan was extremely informative. He explained everything that was going to be done in ways easy for me to understand. They were quick and efficient. When they were done, Juan called me up once more to show me the final product. I was very pleased with their work and professionalism.

Johnny’s construction is one of the best construction groups. There are in the county, excellent workmanship, and fast results highly recommend.👍

Five stars! I am beyond impressed with their work. The crew was professional, well-prepared, and efficient. They completed the job much faster than I expected without compromising on quality. Most importantly, they were diligent and took full responsibility for the cleanup. A truly reliable team!

Disappointing

Excellent workmanship, responsive, and clean.

Just had a great experience lead by Freddy and his team. We had the whole roof replaced in 2 days and it looks amazing. The team was professional and courteous, cleaned up and left our home exactly as it was before working. We highly recommend Johnny's Construction Corp, they care about the outcome and customer satisfaction.

I have worked with Juan from Johnny's Construction Corp. for years now. I own a rooftop PV Installation company and he is my go to roofer on all my jobs in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. His pricing is very competitive and his guys do a tremendous job. He reroofed my house before I installed my PV system. You can be 100% confident choosing Johnny's Construction Corp!

We had a great experience with this roofing company. From the first estimate to the final cleanup, everything was handled professionally and on schedule. The crew showed up when they said they would, worked hard, and kept the property very clean throughout the job which we really appreciated. The workmanship looks excellent and you can tell they take pride in what they do. Communication was clear, pricing was fair, and there were no surprises. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable roofer.

I contracted Jhonny's Construction Corp. to change my roof, he did an amazing job. Also hired him to do the gutters, excellent work. Needed to change the siding on my home - he did it - very professional, courteous - gave us estimates and worked with us to obtain the results we wanted. He did such a great job, he was hired to do work for my church - excellent work once again. Highly recommend this company! Their work is impeccable. They work with excellence!

Rodrigo and his team of workers replaced our roof. They encountered problems that we were unaware of and quickly explained what was happening and addressed all issues. They worked quickly and efficiently. They cleaned up after each day and came back a third day to make sure they had cleaned everything appropriately. We are very satisfied with the results.
