Second time using them and again an excellent job, going the extra mile to make it clean again. Special attention to the shady side of my house and my sun room roof. Good communication too.

Had an appointment for estimate at 5:15. They Called to ask if they come 3 hours earlier but since I'm at work couldn't accommodate. Then changed appointment to 6:30. They called again to state they don't need to look at it and gave me an estimate $500.00 over the norm for this work.
Went with someone else who came out at the time stated and gave me a credible estimate.

Competent, professional, excellent work and workers.

If there is anything I am happier to give than a five star review it is a SECOND five star review! After working with Spilotras several times I can now add CONSISTENT and DEPENDABLE to the top notch professional workmanship I again and again experienced with Spiloltras Painting.

These guys are GREAT. We called them in to rescue us after another paper hanging outfit did an awful job. They took control, and completely redid the job from scratch and it was BEAUTIFUL!! We cannot say enough about their skill and professionalism. Good price too.

Third time we've used Spilotras in last couple of years. This time for house power washing and roof shampooing. Another great job - on time, clean, neat, thorough, courteous, and professional.

I had our roof washed and some power washing done! I couldn't believe what a difference it made. Everything looked great and was done really well. The price was very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again!

Requested an estimate and Michael came round a day later. He was polite/professional and had the proposal emailed to me the following day. Price was good too but we ultimately ended up going with a family recommendation. 5 Stars for the handling of the estimate process.

Spilotra's just finished a three day project of painting bedrooms, bathrooms, and all the doors in the house. They were incredibly prompt, professional and neat. We couldn't be happier with the results. A great team to work with.

We could not be more pleased with the painting contractor and the actual painters. They arrived promptly, did a phenomenal job and cleaned up, vacuumed and asked us to look around and make sure we were happy with the painting job. Will use these guys again and again when the need arrives.

Our master bathroom was just recently painted and the job was impeccable. We needed a few extra 'touches' to make the room better and they were all attended to. Needed our hallway painted - first floor as well as above the stairs. These guys did an excellent job. Close attention to detail and thorough. Finished in only a day too. They even touched up the base molding. Would highly recommend as we were very happy with how it turned out.

I was impressed with every aspect of dealing with this company. I myself run a contracting business and have pretty high expectations. My project was exterior so it was a pretty big job.They showed up each day they said they would, and did quality work. I have a home with wooden siding and was worried about what the finished product would look like. My house looks great! I should have done this years ago. The price was also 40% less than the other quote I got. You will not regret choosing them for your project.

Great job! Juan, Rafael, Junior and Sam all worked as a team and they finished the job faster than expected. They clean up after each day of work. We are very happy with our newly painted powder room and bedroom.

This is the second time we have used Spilotras and couldn't be happier. Not only are they excellent painters but they arrived everyday on time, worked together like a well-oiled machine, were polite and friendly, and were incredibly respectful of our home and how to make it possible for us to live in it while they were painting. We didn’t have to do a thing. They took photos, packed away our belongings and returned them to their proper places when they finished painting. There were literally hundreds of objects, pictures, and books and they were fast and efficient and didn’t break a thing! Not only that but they completed the job in 6 days, 4 days short of Michael’s estimate of 2 weeks!

Robert and Micheal are true professionals! The estimate they give you is extremely accurate and often throw in free advise on excellent paint choices. Paint can look very different on a swatch then it looks on the wall -their knowledge is very helpful!
The crew they send is hard working and meticulous. They always show up on time and follow a stick schedule. The work is always done on time if not sooner.
I have used Spilotras many times and would never use anyone else.
