Professional job, lovely work - they saved my deck and dock! Both were in pretty rough shape, but after some minor repairs and fresh coats of paint, they were like new. My pricing was a little higher than the other two quotes I received, but I was more comfortable with them because of their excellent reputation and the fact that they did everything on time and exactly as promised, even throughout the estimate process. Highly recommend.

Truly professional work. The painters arrived right on time, and did and outstanding job. I never expected them to take so much time prepping the walls and the ceilings. They repaired every blemish, even the smallest inconsistencies in the walls and ceilings. I am very happy with the choice to hire Spilotras.

A couple of years ago, I had Spilotras paint my screened porch. Their workers were so good and sooo nice, in addition, that I decided to have them paint the entire exterior of the house, this past week. I was so pleased in the past that I did not even get estimates from any other company. This time, the whole transaction was done without direct contact. The workers wore masks when I talked to them from inside the house and if I had a special request or instruction, they took care of it, immediately. The extensive scraping and the painting were done to perfection. The owners were lovely to deal with, also. They will always be my go-to for any paint jobs!

We only have positive things to say about Spilotra's Painting. The painters showed up on time every morning during the three day job at our house. They were even accommodating when I made a very last minute decision on colors for two of the rooms. Everything looks amazing, they were extremely professional, did a great job cleaning up afterward. I would recommend them to anyone.

Awesome job - our home looks brand new. Exterior paint job, roof cleaning, custom door stain. From estimate through completion of the job my experience was nothing but positive. I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Spilotras Painting. I had several projects, including interior painting, wall paper removal, exterior power washing and trim painting. Michael and Rob Spilotras were thoroughly professional, and very pleasant to work with; from the initial visit for job estimate, through project completion. Their crews, to a person, are very skilled, meticulous, extraordinarily clean and neat. I cannot rave about them enough! Special kudos to Miguel. Last, but not least, Jessica the office manager is a joy to deal with; a very professional and pleasant person.

I just had Spilotras Painting paint the inside of my home. I could not be more impressed with the company or their work. They were totally professional from the initial meeting and contract with Rob to the guys who did the job. The guys were beyond meticulous, paid incrediable attention to prep work and detail. I love the job they did. I have used them in the past and would honestly never hire another company again. First class all the way.

Spilotras have been doing excellent painting jobs in my house for decades, it seems. The latest was painting the dark paneling in the den, and removing the deep stippling on the ceiling. They came at the time arranged, finished in three days as was forecast, protected the furniture and carpet and did an excellent job; and they were pleasant and helpful throughout. We have a new light and airy room. We should have had it done years ago.

This is the second time we hired Spilotras for our house painting, and I wouldn't even think of hiring anyone else. The same as last time, they did a fantastic job. The owners, Michael & Robert Spilotras, were great to work with from start to finish. They really care about their customers. The crew (Miguel, Raphael, Juan) are highly skilled, professional and friendly. Their work is terrific. Their preparation is so precise. They addressed every single flaw on the walls and ceilings and fixed them to perfection. Some of the rooms in my home which we didn't do last time hadn't been painted for many years, and like the ones they did last time, they look brand new! They are so respectful of keeping the home neat and they cleaned up perfectly each night. Once again, they have exceeded our expectations. This is one great company.

They came today and power washed my entire outside; house, roof, sidewalk, stairs and patios. It has been a few years since we last did it, and it was really dirty.

They arrived on time, worked until it was finished, and even moved a few outside patio furniture pieces to ensure entire patio was clean.

They did an AMAZING job! Everything shines and looks brand new!

I would highly recommend, and will be using them again in the future!

We have used Spilotras for two separate interior paint projects and I would highly recommend them. The crews work quietly, cleanly, and efficiently. They did a phenomenal job with our kitchen, which involved removal of wallpaper and a chair rail. Worth every penny we paid.

Spilotras Painting did not disappoint. We thought we needed a new roof when someone suggested we just power wash it, so we gave it a try. Not only did Spilotras painting do a fabulous job, our roof looks brand new and changed the whole look of our house! Today they painted a couple of bedrooms and we could not be happier. Excellent company to deal with. A rarity these days. Robert contacts you right away, sets dates to get work done and keeps to his schedule. His crews are all neat, clean, courteous and professional. It has been a pleasure to have them my home. His carpenter Mark is excellent. I wish there were more contractors like this group.

Spilotras delivers excellent customer service and stellar work. From the friendly, prompt communication with the owners and employees to the thorough, high quality power washing that is always completed, the experience of working with the company is always top notch!

Not recommended is an understatement. To be sure, Spilotras price is very high. We trusted their contract which clearly stated detailed prep work for this price. However, they took the 50% deposit ($7,750) and started to paint without prepping or priming (even on new sheet rock). They didn't even cover all the new floors. To worsen the situation, the operations manager got in a huff when we told him about the problems. He immediately called off the workers so we were stuck with a mess after only 2 days. We asked for a different crew to make corrections but they tried to strong arm us for the other 50% to continue with the SAME crew. Spilotras did not try to work with us. Instead, they now want to keep thousands of our money AND we’d have to sign a waiver that Spilotras was dealing in good faith. Is this considered good faith?

Spilotras Painting, LTD did an amazing job at 360 Merrick Road. Their staff was professional completed the job in a timely manner. Resolution Real Estate Partners will contract them again for future projects. We would recommend them for your commercial project.
