I would like to start out by saying that Roberto is a man of his word. After the recent heavy snow, I developed a leak. I called Roberto that night, and he made time to look at my issue the next morning. The one thing I must say - he is very thorough; he pointed out the areas on my roof where the water was coming in. He provided me with a reasonable proposal that I accepted. The following day him and his team came out and completed the repairs that were needed.
