Ever since they did my roof have birds in my attic which I never did before .. there is a space where are getting in when addressed the issue was told it’s not because of roof and to call someone else which makes no sense since there in roof which he installed besides the fact that they had to come back twice to reflash the flat part of roof because it was flapping in the wind and to clean my new pvc fence which was a mess after demo due to lack of protection or care for my property

We recently purchased a house and discovered there were missing shingles on the roof. We had the builder "fix" the issue, and later discovered during a week of heavy rains that the whatever the builder's roofer did to fix the missing shingles caused a leak from the roof to pool onto the cieling drywall on the 2nd floor, leaving stains over three feet of drywall. We then had the builder send out another roofer who didn't even bother to take a look at the roof, he just looked at the chimney flashing inside the attic and said keep an eye out on it and see if it leaks when it rains. Long story short, we called Affordable Roofing to take a look at the problem and within minutes of inspecting the roof, they noted that the builder's roofer installed the shingles improperly. They had the issue fixed within less than one hour. They were professional and fast, clean (didn't make mess in the house getting to the attic to inspect where the water pooled onto the cieling drywall,) discussed the issue and what they did to resolve it in detail, and were very resonable with their rate. I would highly recommend them, without hesistation, for any roofing issue.

Very honest and dependable! Our building had a leak in the garage over a compressor. Had gotten a VERBAL estimate to "patch" hole from another company for $1200. Called Affordable Roofing for a second opinion and Chris came out, gave me three options on a written proposal with the length of years guaranteed for each. His professionalism and prices blew away the first guy. Ended up having new roof installed for LESS then the cost of the first guys "patch" quote. The team at Affordable had the job finished within hours and cleaned up all debris from inside and outside. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roof work.

In all the years of working with different contractors, Chris has been the most upstanding, reliable, fair and kind business owner. His company has installed a new roof on my house (tear off) and gutter guards, repaired a roof and installed a new attic fan at my parent's house. We had a leak for years, before and after Sandy and no one could figure out what was wrong. Chris (the owner) figured it out and told me what he suspected the problem was (without pulling anything off).

Since Chris knew what the problem likely was there were no surprises in cost, time, or materials. He knew exactly what was causing it, what was going to be needed to be done, and exactly how to fix it within minutes of just looking at it.

They did such an excellent job too. His crew left the place clean and my roof no longer leaks! They even replaced the black topping (for a flat part of my roof near the leak) with one that matches closer to my actual roof color. I hated seeing that big black rectangular patch on my greyish roof for the last 10 years, but never thought to mention it to them because I wasn't sure anything could be done about it. I really just wanted the leak fixed. But I love that it matches now!

Chris & Andrew and the crew are great. It was pleasure working with them. They worked on my roof during the heat wave 105+ degrees. I give 5 stars for the hard work under the hot sun. Two houses ( semi attached) a roof tear downs - new installment, plywood, attic fan vent, and gutters. Very friendly and professional crew and paid great deal of attention to details, workmanship, and clean up. Best price very reasonable and good response time. I definitely recommend these guys.

Recommended to me by friend at work and I cannot say enough about how great they were. More importantly I felt they were honest and trustworthy. I had water leaking in my bedroom in summertime and I knew my roof was looking bad. They came within 1 day and we had already realized when the rain stopped that it was the central air in my attic leaking. But roof was looking bad and 22+ years old so I still wanted to get a quote. I was missing a few shingles and for a minimal price they put some flashing and said that I had some more time left (didn’t have the funds to do immediately anyway) Approximately a year and a half later I had a small leak so I called them back. They didn’t even meet the original quote but they beat it because the prices of supplies came down from the last time they were there during the whole supply chain debacle. Who does that?? HONEST people who do the right thing!!! Have had quite a few crazy storms since they did the job and all is good. Highly recommend

Both Chris and Andrew made my life easier. They were attentive. I had an estimate two days after my initial call. I was then able to schedule my seamless gutter replacements for my 40 year old original gutters. They were efficient, clean and very reasonably priced. The gutters were installed they day before relentless rain. What a difference a day makes. I am so pleased with the job they did. I am happy to recommend them to anyone who needs this work done.

I recently had a new rubber roof installed with gutters. I had some concerns, they reassured me and were very professional. They came back multiple times because I am super picky and they wanted to insure I was 100% satisfied. I am completely satisfied and would recommend them in a heartbeat. It's hard to find great contractors who truly care about their customers. If you choose to go with Chris or Andrew, you won't be disappointed.

Very responsive and had a team out quickly to check out my gutters which were separating from the house. They checked everything and offered a fix at a reasonable price which they were able to get done the same day. Will definitely call them again in the future should we have any other roofing or gutter needs.
