This company put down wood Floors for me when I first bought my houseI didn't think they were going to last long but I couldn't afford anything else needless to say they lasted 14 years and they really did not need changing but I wanted to renovate they put down a beautiful floor that everybody is complimenting they do incredible workfriendly on time they clean up after themselves I would highly recommend them to anyone do not go anywhere else call them and ask for Tito this is the best company to use thank you Tito for making my house look gorgeous

Wanted my old linoleum floor ripped up and the wood floor under refinished. Guy didn't want to do it because "he didn't want to mess up his machine". Never a good thing to deal with lazy contractors. Would not recommend.

Part of my floor got damaged by water. Tito came the same day I called and gave me a very good price and said he could replace the damaged wood , sand the whole floor and polyurethane it. Tito replaced the damaged wood and then 2 days later David came right on time and worked from 7:30 to 4:00 on a 95 degree day pretty much non stop. My floor looks brand new & I couldn't be happier with the results! Thank you, Tito, Dave, and Kenneth. You guys are the best ! and I"ll definitely see you again

David was amazing ! Did a fabulous job on 2 bedrooms ! Re-finished older hardwood floors covered with paint splatters ! 1 day 2 rooms ! No smell drying time was quick’they cleaned up !

January 2025: called Charlie regarding an issue with downspout and he came next day and added a piece needed.
Charlie is very friendly and I recommenD calling him for any gutter, roof, interior/exterior job needed.

April 2024: Called Charlie after he did gutters 3 years ago to just check my roof, etc and he remembered me and came by checked and chatted. Very professional and down to earth.
2021 review: Charlie & Mario were very professional.
They replaced the gutters of me and my neighbors houses.
Arrived on time and let us know ever little thing they were doing.
Would highly recommend their services.

We had an emergency, the gutter de attached from the roof, and with high winds it was almost falling off. Charlie came right away in the evening and fixed it even though it was dark. Very grateful for that. He was very professional and friendly. Would highly recommend him.

I'm always skeptical when it comes to any kind of contracting work, estimates etc... but Calco was a bit different. Charles priced the job and beat the other 2 quotes by $1800 dollars. From the first call to the end of the job was 48 hours. Didnt deal with any usual contractor stories. Quality material and quality work - highly recommend 10 out of 10

I passed one of their signs on Staten Island and gave them a call. Charlie was responsive and quick and came same day to provide a quote. I was working with a limited window of time and he worked with me to accommodate and got my roof done in ONE day! I don’t have enough good things to say. They cleaned up spotless too. I have dogs and can’t afford nails and reminence of things.

Charlie was very responsive and completed a custom made 6“ seemless gutter with gutter guards in less than a day. He also did some aluminum flashing on the roof. Prices were very reasonable and he even followed up after it rained to make sure everything was working ok. I highly recommend Calco!

Charlie was a pleasure to work with! After noticing water in my basement again, even after regrading, I called Calco, thinking I needed to relocate a downspout. Charlie quickly diagnosed the real issue; a blockage in the existing downspout, which he cleared right away.

He explained that relocation wasn’t necessary, but completely understood when I insisted for peace of mind. Charlie really knows what he’s doing, he is honest and efficient. He has my business for life!

I needed my gutters replaced and Charlie showed up same day within 20 minutes of my call to give us a quote. We were set to go to work the next day. We got hit with snow but Charlie stayed in touch with me every day until the weather allowed us to continue. He and his crew arrived on time and finished quickly making sure to clean everything away afterwards. I did speak with other companies on the island before contacting Charlie and he was the only person to actually go on the roof and see what we needed done. All the others just looked up from the front of my house, told me the wood was rotted and it would be expensive, and tried selling me on things i didn't need. Charlie informed and showed me the wood was not rotted and there was no need for other items to be added. Thank you Charlie for being honest, taking the time to actually see what needed to be done and making sure your clients don't get taken advantage of. We will continue to call you for any other work that has to be done in our home.

Excellent service at a fair price! Charlie was professional and did an exceptionally good job installing new gutters around my home's extensions. This required a lot of mitered corners and tying into existing downspouts, not an easy install. It turned out great, everything is precise and it looks fantastic, you can tell they really pay attention to detail which is hard to find these days. I highly recommend their services!

Charlie from Calso came out immediately tafter I called to look at my job of putting a gutter and downspout on the side of my house. He return the following day and installed these perfectly. He also installed the facia board and covered it with aluminum. This will help it last for a long time. His price was reasonable. He is a good communicator besides being a great installer. I recommend him strongly.
