TRX did a very good job last year clearing out the mold out of my basement. A year has passed, and I noticed some white material along the edge of my carpet that looked like mold. The gave me a warranty for their service so I contacted TRX and they came out again free of charge to follow up and check if it was mold. Fortunately, it just ended up being drywall dust and possibly some limestone dust from the ground. Even though it wasn't mold they applied some more of their sanitizing mist in the area. A pipe broke in my upstairs bathroom and completely flooded my house. Gene came out immediately and got all the water out. They walked me through the process and educated me with what they were doing. They work until my house is dyr. I was so happy with the service. I got in it touch with TRX when a pipe burst on the second floor of our family home over the winter. TRX was on site within an hour and the team began to clean up the mess as soon as they got in. Clean, professional, clean cut technicians who genuinely have a passion for their trade. Helped us big time with the insurance company when they started giving us the run around about what was and was not covered. The carrier tried to stuff their own vendor down our back. We knew that was a no go. Why would I want someone to hire my own contractor for me..especially if that someone is my insurance company. No sir. We got it done with TRX. Very happy. The place is shining like new and we couldn’t be happier. The situation could have been a lot worse.

Gene is very professional, organized and responsive! It was my first time experienced this sort of disaster, I was panicking and had like hundred questions to ask. I had an unfortunate water leak inside my house and searched for somebody to help me out. I found that TRX had a good reputation and gave them a call, which was immediately answered. They made it out the same day I asked for help and they brought some high-tech tools to detect the problem. They started working immediately. The guys were clearly professional and even gave me a couple recommendations to avoid similar issues. Awesome service and fast. Gene and Bill came by my place within 45mins of my call. They have been very honest with everything. Even worked with my insurance carrier. They are very organized and clean....sprayed everything down and was very meticulous with the process. If you have a water damage and need restoration, call them! You will be glad you did!

TRX Restoration did a great job. We called them to help with the leak in the house, they came immediately to take care of the water damage. They also guided me as I dealt with the insurance claims. I would highly recommend them.

If there ever was a company that deserves 5 stars it is this one! , I can say that these people know how to help customers. They are extremely thorough and had a whole crew of people to help with the water damage from my dishwasher and then the repairs needed to be done to my house. They always responded quickly to my questions and concerns. The finished product is better than I could've hoped for. They're very trustworthy; I would let them in my house even when I wasn't home. I truly enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them to anyone with any flood problems. Thanks to the entire TRX team.

The guys were absolutely amazing! They came within a few hours of me calling, explained every part of the process and what to expect. When they came to do the actual work they cleaned up better than I would have! Such a pleasure to work with!

I have worked with Gene a couple of times. Once completely remotely and the other time was in-person. Not only did Gene do a great job, his communication was exceptional. Specifically: 1. being able to talk to me on the phone when he was doing his investigation 2. taking detailed pictures and sharing them with me immediately. This served multiple purposes: being confident that you're working with someone knowledgeable and competent. Also, being confident that the proposed work will actually fix the issue. Both the times we used TRX water damage, Gene was very thorough by getting into the tight spots of the attic and crawlspace and accurately diagnosing the problem. His team worked very well. Office staff were on phone with me when Gene was performing another job and his technicians helped him a lot as well. I would very strongly recommend him to anyone and especially to someone who needs to work him remotely!

I wish I could give Gene and his company more than five stars! Knowledgeable, professional, organized, and respectful - what else can you ask for when hiring someone to work on your home? I called TRX looking for a company to dry out water damage from my house. A leaking toilet upstairs had caused water to drip out of a can light in my kitchen. When I called TRX, I'd been trying to deal with the damage and get bids for repairs for several days, all while my husband was away on business, I was really stressed out. I'd had several other companies out to give bids, but my gut told me something was off with each of them. As soon as I met Gene, I knew I was 100% comfortable hiring him. He was honest and gets straight to the point. Gene and his colleague, Tony, were great to work with. They were always on time and handled everything in a very professional manner. Their office team is well-trained as well and helped us with our insurance claim! I was really impressed with their service. I hope not to need their services again, but I'll be sure to call them right away if I ever do! Highly recommend!
