These workers were hired by my neighbor to remove snow from the roof, but they acted extremely irresponsibly. They were throwing snow and ice onto my property, hitting my house and even the windows. They showed no concern for safety, even though people were walking back and forth, and they nearly hit my nephew.
I have two Ring camera videos showing one of the workers aggressively shoveling snow off the roof. I clearly told them to clean up all the snow and ice that fell onto my side, but they ignored me and left without doing so. This created a major safety hazard and made it extremely difficult to walk without your legs twisting or risking a fall.

We had the entire house done. The back and side of house done with siding, front of house stones veneers , gutters, soffit, cemented side walk and pavers on driveway. When I tell you the house looks completely new I'm not exaggerating. Work crew for siding were efficient, and the pavers did an outstanding job. It was not a surface job, every wall and floors were reinforced, cemented, meshed, etc.. and driveway excavated and redone. Price was worth it! Any minor issues I encountered Christian and his Office crew were on top until fixed to our satisfaction. Our house is now from the old looking house to the best looking house in the block!
We are rehiring him for other projects!

Christian Constructions did an Excellent and Exceptional renovation for us on our tailoring store a few years back. We were so very happy with the work they did. A Fabulous job.
Renovations consisted of a complete redesign of the layout inside. He was very knowledgeable and wise in his vision and regarding material. From ceiling to floor. His men are talented. You can witness that in how they work. It’s Quality for those that know quality. They put up new facades on the front of the store. Redesigned the layout inside and built working tables that are perfect.
I highly recommend Christian.
Now, to upkeep because our store is white, I hired them again because I wanted to refresh the paint. And once again, they did a fantastic job. Quality.
I have one more project in mind and am looking forward to trusting Christian and his men to do the job.

A big shout out to Christian Construction! I couldn't be any happier with my bathroom remodel. I had my bathroom completely redone down to the studs, floor, ceiling, walls plus changed the layout and all I can say everyone who worked on my bathroom were the best of the best. The electrician, plumber, tiler, painter are truly professionals and take pride in what they do. The quality of their work is exceptional and it was a pleasure having them in my home. John, the project manager is the best, evey time I texted him for something he responded right away and was very accommodating. If you're looking to have work done in your home please don't hesitate to call them, I highly recommend them and you won't regret it.

Great experience with their service for drywall repair and painting. Always good communication and the one time there was an issue which was due to material quality which I supplied, Ivan rectified it without qualms.

Ivan is a master at wha the does the work is amazing good crew behind this company. we did couple of jobs for him as subs I would say very satisfied once work is completed the money is right there will definitely continue to do business with Ivan.

Do not hire Gotham City Builders / Ivan Lopez. Horrible experience. Lied to us consistently, stretched an 8 week minor renovation into 8 months, was only responsive when he wanted more money, and Ivan still hasn't delivered over $20,000 of materials and labor that we paid for. Nightmare working with him.

I hired Ivan to build a new outdoor deck and am extremely pleased with the outcome. Despite material shortages, he was successfully able to finish the project on time. I admire his professionalism and detailed- oriented approach towards constructing the deck efficiently. I would without a doubt rehire him for possible projects in the future.

I had extensive work done on my townhouse (roof, stucco, brickwork, floor installation, etc). Ivan, at Gotham City Builders, was extremely thorough, forthcoming, and attentive during the entire project. He put a lot of effort diagnosing the problems and walking me through his thinking and plans for fixing the issues. His workers, Calvin and Jose, were very friendly, hard working, skillful and accommodating. The project was finished on time and it looks fantastic.

We got off to good start and Ivan installed a decent wood floor and baseboard. However he suddenly lost interest in the remaining work and abandoned my project mid-stream with no viable excuse, no warning of intent and deceptive answers. The sanding/ painting work was B grade quality and instructions weren't followed. The delay caused a loss of at least 2 months investment income and ultimately I had to find someone else to complete the work. Ivan never apologized. I found his behavior unprofessional and would not recommend Gotham City Builders. My mistake for selecting off the internet. Always get a trusted referral, especially with contractors.

Gotham City Builders just completes two projects on our home and all I can say is that Ivan and his crew are amazing. From our first meeting to the contract signing to the work’s completion, Ivan explained what would be done, the materials they would use and how long the job would take. The crew was terrific - arriving on time every day ready to go. At the end of the work day, everything was cleaned up and we were shown what was done and what was left to do. Ivan was always available for questions and promptly answered emails or calls.

Their work was first rate. We’ve used other contractors and have never received the quality service we received from Ivan.

I would recommend them without hesitation and look forward to working with them again!

Does not pay attention to detail and rushes to finish work. Left work unfinished and the job site dirty with food and other garbage. Stained my concrete with paint and other chemicals. Does not have licensed plumbers or electricians on staff just a bunch of handymen. I had to have a separate licensed electrician to come and tell them how to complete a major part of the job. You will need to spot out every little detail to these guys if you want it done correctly. Would not recommend
