I wanted to remove a tree from my yard. Mike arrived to look at the job and to give me a quote. He instead told me not to remove the tree for it was a nice tree and it’s present height of 25ft was nothing compared to how big it was going to grow. He wouldn’t give me a quote for he liked the tree. This trees roots were causing issues to the foundation of my home. I didn’t need an opinion, I needed a tree removed. I called another company that did the job without any issues or unsolicited opinions.

Mike gave us a fair estimate and returned to trim our trees and as he proceeded, seeing how careful and meticulous he worked and upon completion my two newborn winded up using him as well. Great guy, local small business, he’s the one to call for all your tree services.

I called several companies and no one called back. Michael, from Amboy Tree Services, return my call promptly and came for an estimate in the same day. Next day he came with his crew and complete its job within an hour. Michael was very calm and professional. Thank you to Michael and his crew.

Mike and his crew are so wonderful! They worked very hard to trim my overgrown Holly tree and also my back yard. They all went above and beyond and I will use them in the fall & spring every year! AND yes he does resemble Bradley Cooper and is super nice and very conscientious.

Mike (Owner) runs a VERY fast and reliable tree service. When we on Staten Island were hit by the Hurricane Ida storm on 8/2021, his company was the first to answer my call.
A huge Asagi tree fell & covered my whole street. within an hour, he managed to cut almost half of it down. I got to work that morning thanks to him. I'll be calling him again :)

Ok where do I start. Mike is awesome. Really sweet, kind of looks like Bradley Cooper (drop the mic) now hire him. He was very prompt with a call back, and house visit for the estimate. He is very good communicatively as well with scheduling, taking his job very seriously.

However, I don’t envy his job as my neighbors were kind of upset he was pruning their beloved tree... but he took it with a smile and graciousness... He is well priced, skilled (climbs trees and everything) and cleans up every branch / leaf you name it. My husband and I are happy with the service. My neighbors....not so much... but the tree will grow back and hopefully they don’t give me the evil eye. 😱

Hands down the best, most efficient tree service company on Staten Island. Mike and Jimmy are friendly and knowledgeable. They came to our home with professional equipment and completed the job to our satisfaction and gave us a very reasonable price. Look no further for your tree service needs.

Dishonest and horrible company. I contacted Mike, he came, gave me an estimate and I agreed to his price. We then scheduled an apointment for when he and his team were supposed to come back and do the job. Mike never showed up on that day and that's given that I took a day off from work to accomodate his schedule. He did not call and when I called him, he gave me an excuse that his partner did not show up and that he also had to pick up his kid from school. Fine. We rescheduled. This time he did come with his team. The team looked at the scope of work, probably decided that it was too much for them and then Mike lied to me that his saw broke and that he'd have to come back next week. Afterwards he simply disappeared. He did not answer to my text messages, nor did he pick up the phone on me. To summarize - this is an unprofessional and a dishonest company that does not respect their clients. Please don't do business with them!

We called Amboy tree Service alone with 5 other companies, Mike from Amboy tree service was the first one to come by for a quote on a Saturday morning, he gave us the best price, came on time with a great, professional, polite staff. They left the place super clean and did an amazing job taking down 5 trees and their roots, they even cleaned the mess of my next door neighbor.

I absolutely loved the service provided. Frank the supervisor is wonderful. He is very efficient and honest. As for the other workers, they worked their buts off from beginning until the end. Definitely hard working and professional. I would highly recommend their services.

our family had this company install a new liner last July, we paid whatever they quoted without bargaining, what can I say, the liner was installed poorly and incorrectly therefore it begin to rip, numerous calls went unanswered and then finally when we called from a different phone number the jerk promised he would take of it. They never showed up on all the dates he promisedhe would come. Pool Doctor took 1 look at the poor quality work they did and laughed. To make a long story short I would NEVER recommend there service. They take your money and run. Never use immatureand inexperienced like them for anything. I am appalled with there attitude and quality of work. Run as far as possible from them. Do Not use this fly by night company. Purely scam artists.

Had my pool opened and vacuumed by elite pools. Made an appointment with Frank, they showed up on time, were very professional, got the job done and did a great job. I would recommend to anyone looking to get any maintenance done to their pool.

There was some hiccup during the process opening the pool resulting lost trust in the company works but the company made it up to us. Amazing pool experience. The team came on time to open our pool and did a quick an efficient job. They were easy to communicate with as well. We used them to close our pool as well and winterized it as well. No one is better than elite pools and you cannot beat the price and customer service.

I have contacted Elite Pool Service for opening and closing my pool this year and I was not disappointed. I did not have time to open/close my pool myself this year, which I turned to Elite Pool Service. They have scheduled the best time that works for me and made life easier. Who said that great customer service, ethics, and quality are gone?? They are not at Elite Pool Service. We have been using their services for the past couple of seasons and cannot even think about going anywhere else. They are always on time, professional, and truly care about their customers. I can always count on a response when I reach out,and they are true to their word. The Owner, Frank Maisano, is a rare breed..many older, more established businesses can take lessons from this young man and his company. Elite pools service is amazing! They are extremely professional and very attentive. The response is prompt and they are always on point. Frank and his team have kept my pool 100% all summer for my kids to enjoy! I highly recommend them!
