Frank and his team are very professional. They worked quickly, efficiently and left no mess behind. They did everything we asked and then some and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a pool.

Frankie Came with his guys early on time, did a professional job with my pool, ground came out flat and even, left my yard clean spotless and ready for the swim this summer. I started using Elite Pool Services after trying several other pool services. I am extremely happy with my choice. They are extremely reliable, very professional, and always punctual. Frank and his team do great work and are extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for pool service.

I had a pool jet that no one was willing to fix. It was under pavers and stamped concrete and definitely a daunting task to figure out how to get to. Elite Pool service quoted me a very reasonable price and got it done in one day. They removed the section of stamped concrete in one piece so well that it fit right back in, preserving the look of the patio. Even when the section of pipe took them a few hours to find, they didn’t give up and got it done. Great company and would use them again.

Tom and John from Elite pool service installed a brand new liner in our pool and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From my initial booking up to the guys finishing, every step was super professional. The attention to detail was a 10 out of 10 but most of all Tom and John couldn’t have been nicer. Contractor here. Long story and way too many details but hear me out…

My wife and I purchased our house almost 2 yrs ago to this date, came with an in-ground pool that has heater, saltwater system, and Hayward filter system that was approximately 10+ years old. Previous owner has not opened the pool since 2021 making it 3 years since the pool has been opened/serviced. We decided to not open the pool Summer 23’ due to other renovations happening at the time.

First week of May 24’ our long awaited pool opening appt. came with a prominent pool company on Staten Island, to say it was a lackluster experience is an understatement. They charged me slightly below $500 to practically remove my cover. They claimed due to water conditions, no further services or assessments could be made. I get it, it’s busy season for pool companies, the ball is in their court and typically have a take it or leave it mentality.

Drained the pool myself, installed new filter and hired independent vendor for new liner. Filled the pool and fired everything up. All went well for the most part but couldn’t get water clarity 100% and resolve error codes on my salt water panel. After multiple visits to local pool suppliers that sold me all the goods, still couldn’t get water to how I’d like it.

I gave up on trying to resolve issues myself. Called the usual Staten Island pool vendors and you know, they’re swamped. They all gave me a service call window anywhere between 5-10 days, I’m trying to go in the pool this weekend with my kids!

Low and behold my wife stumbled upon Elite Pool via FB/Google. We figured they’d be like all other pool vendors and push us off for the next week or two, but wow, we couldn’t have been more wrong.

Called Monday 6/3 and they were at my house the next day. Met with the owner Frank who was very informative, personable, and most importantly patient, which was refreshing to deal with considering previous experiences. He walked me through the basic ins-and-outs of pool maintenance, why my pool wasn’t clear, and the conditions/life-expectancy of the heater and salt-water cell.

I always thought pool service companies have a sort of snake-oil salesman vibe to them similar to car mechanics or salesman until I met Frank and dealt with Elite Pool Services.

He took the time out of his hectic schedule (early June!) to practically tutor me on how to operate and understand my equipment. He’s young, hungry, ambitious and out to make a name for himself.

I officially have a pool service company moving forward for any needs, big or small, and that’s Elite Pool Services.

I have been using Elite for years. There's no other company I'd call for my pool. They are professional, thorough and an absolute pleasure to deal with. Every employee is knowledgable and informative and their work speaks for itself. I have used Elite for any pool issue I've had and each time I'm impressed with the service and the quality of work. If you're using a different company, I'd strongly recommend switching to Elite for all your pool concerns

Would highly recommend Elite Pool Services! We called around looking to install a 12x24 semi in ground pool in our yard. Frank returned our call promptly and his price was very reasonable, while other companies could not deliver exactly what we wanted. In less than 2 weeks, our pool, filter, and heater were installed, up, and running. The entire team was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They went above and beyond to give us exactly what we were looking for. We look forward to working with them for many years to come.

Elite Pool Service is very professional! Frank and his team have been a pleasure to work with. After almost 2-3 years of not using our pool & not closing it properly, our liner came off, sand started to fill up our pool, we were ready to get rid of it since we thought it’d be so hard to get back to normal. Frank and his amazing staff came & replaced the liner & put in the water all within a day! They come weekly to maintain our pool, the best there is!!

Would absolutely recommend Elite Pools for anyone needing backyard work completed! Frank and his team came early in the morning, did an amazing job with my pool, cleaned up the yard after the work was finished and our left our space ready to enjoy this summer!

I should have used Elite Pool Service from the beginning, used a reputable pool company to install my pool and they didn’t do the right job. I called Frankie and Elite Pool Service and they fixed their terrible work. They Fixed the pump that gave me issues from day 1 and installed a beautiful new liner. Haven’t had an issue since. They are truly the best in the business regret not using them from the beginning. Highly recommend Elite Pool Service to anyone. What blew me away was how fast and clean they work. 10/10

We recently had the pleasure of having Elite pool install our new semi in ground pool in our backyard of our new home. Frank was highly recommended by the pool store, and after our project was complete we could see why. Frank is very knowledgeable and guided us through the whole process from where the pool should be placed, proper size, install and even what equipment would suit us best. He was flexible with his schedule to accommodate our timeframe and his crew was very professional and neat. Nothing was damaged throughout the process, after they were done with the install they carted away all the extra dirt and debris. Once the equipment was picked up, they hosed everything down and it was like they were never there. Property was left spotless. My wife and I were very satisfied with the outcome and can’t wait for the warm weather to take our first plunge. Thank you for a seamless job. Would definitely recommend

Frank and his team are the best, bar none. Firstly, they provided the most competitive pricing available, especially for something in the beginning of the season. Frank’s team showed up everyday at 8am without fail. I had an old 18ft round pool that I needed to replace and make bigger to 21ft. And because I have pavers in the back and front, I didn’t want heavy machinery so Frank’s team was able to hand dig to accommodate the new pool (in March, too!). Frank was responsive and kept us apprised at every step. He is also very knowledgeable and gave great suggestions, but he was never pushy and never gave off salesman vibes. Will 100% continue to use Elite Pool services moving forward and you should, too!

Elite Pool Service has been the most wonderful experience. Not only have they given my family the opportunity to have an amazing summer with an amazing pool- they are one of few that did what they promised and when they promised. They worked with our budget and stayed within those limits. I would highly recommend this company. Frank- and all his employees were prompt, professional and grateful for the business.
