Matt and Patrick were total professionals
Gave machine a thorough cleaning and checked to make sure everything was in working order
Told me if there was any problems to give them a call and they would come back out to straighten things out will definitely use the service and these guys again

I got my rugs clened and it was Great, fast neat and courteous service. Definitely will have these same guys back to do my wood floors.

Excellent experience with Stanley Steemer. Carpet was taken offsite and deep cleaned. Amazing results! Pickup and drop off was done quickly, timely and professionally. These guys are experts in what they do. Worth every penny. Will definitely use their service again.

Service was good had my Dryer vent and bathroom ceiling vent cleaned. they arrived before the time given on schedule I was very happy about that .. the price was good I used the Val pak coupon that the company gives and that saved some money job was A total of $269 wich is reasonable and I agreed to . what was NOT spoken about was the Tax so then the total was $283 on the phone while making the appointment I like to know of the whole entire total this way I am prepared but the tax was not discussed until the gentleman mentioned it at my home but next time please do the courtesy of giving the whole total price WITH TAX over the phone so a customer is more aware it just makes things more easy. I am a person that likes being officiant. .

UPDATE …
on Dec 8th my Dryer Hose popped off the vent. I had to call them back and have someone come by to reinstall the hose which was just done today Dec 11th. Job done and I’m back to drying !

The staff showed up on time and unloaded and prepped surface then began to clean our carpet while moving furniture etc around leaving no area that wasn’t steamed clean . They were pleasant and answered any questions asked. I had two persistent stains which I couldn’t find when they finished. Thats for my early Xmas present!

The two Stanley Steamer representatives, Joe and Dayron were great. They were so respectful and placed cloth down and cleaned up after everything was done. My sofa and loveseat are super clean like brand new! Will definitely use Stanley Steamer again.

They were quick and efficient, I do wish they brought more equipment to protect surrounding walls, but overall they did an excellent job with moving the hose around the home. Definitely helped us get ready for our move in!
