The Team let me of when they were close and explained their process and expectations for the job. They were pleasant while efficiently completing the task. They took care in using foot covering , drop cloth and towel to ensure the flooring was not soiled.

Stanley Steamer came to clean out my dryer vent for the first time since I moved in. Both young men were quick and professional and did an outstanding job.

This was my first time using Stanley Steamer and I was so impressed. My carpets are 30 years old ( I rent). I had a hot water heater explode and they fit me in within hours and the carpet looks brand new. I will definitely have them back again. The technicians were extremely nice and very knowledgeable and above all they got the job done way above my expectations

SI Carpeting is the best rug cleaning and upholstery cleaning company I have ever used. I called with a problem that needed immediate attention and they sent someone out within the hour. That's service you can't get anywhere else.

Scheduling with SI Carpeting was really easy. I was in no rush but they actually had someone available to come out the same day to do our job. He was even able to arrive early, which worked for my schedule. Work performed was great and met the quote. Our hallway and steps carpeting looks and smells great now. Will use SI Carpeting in the future.

I called customer support to ask about carpet cleaning and had a really frustrating experience. The person who answered was rude and hung up on me while I was speaking. When I called back and asked if she had hung up, she confidently said she did. I wasn’t being rude at all, so I’m confused as to why someone like that would be in that job if they’re not willing to help.

When picking a vendor I want to be please and expect the very best. I definitely give this company an A plus!!!
