The technician did a good job during the annual inspection, working quickly and efficiently. They explained things clearly and didn't waste time. Overall, I was pleased with their professionalism and promptness.

I'm glad they finished the cleaning and I can now dry my clothes again. The work was done by South Cooling. However, their crew needs better gear for roof climbs - the ladders are woefully short. My employee had to think twice about descending because it was such a risk. Thankfully he found an alternative method that kept him safe. To avoid accidents like this in the future, I'd appreciate it if they provided proper safety equipment for these tasks. That being said, the crew did an excellent job and were extremely pleasant to deal with.

I highly recommend this company. Arturo was a breeze to work with, making the entire process stress-free and informative. No pressure was applied, just a clear explanation of every step. The pricing is very fair. The installation team did an outstanding job with the mini-split system, leaving everything spotless. Overall, I couldn't be more impressed.
