Worst a/c man doesn't care about customer satisfaction and the proper way job should be done correctly all he cares about is getting paid and leaving customers disappointed and dissatisfied

The guy Teddy is very unprofessional. He will state that he has been in the business for 37 years but does not give you a warranty and says i fixed one thing and not it working. He has a nasty attitude. Better going with Scaran where your under warranty and not getting ripped off .Also.lets not forget he had to get a haircut in the middle of everything . Horrible I wish could give zero stars. I wish I would have seen reviews before

I recently had a major issue with my air conditioning unit - it was leaking Freon and blowing warm air. Needless to say, I needed to replace both the heating and AC systems. After getting a quote from one contractor, I decided to shop around for better options.

A friendly representative named Teddy answered, explained the process, and assured me that he would pass along my interest to his owner. We arranged a time for Teddy to visit, which was incredibly quick considering it was a Wednesday.

Teddy arrived promptly, within ten minutes of our agreed-upon time frame, and presented himself with confidence. He took the time to explain everything about both heating and cooling systems, even going into details that had nothing to do with them - he explained how cooking works. His quote was significantly lower than the initial one I received.

We discussed it with my wife (who's also a big part of our decision-making), and we were all on the same page. Teddy assured us that the work could be done by Friday, which we agreed to. A week later, his team arrived to deliver the new unit in boxes and complete the job.

The technicians who worked on the installation were incredibly professional, clean, and knowledgeable about their craft. Even though one of them mentioned it was a particularly challenging project due to the unit's compact size, they tackled it with ease.

I'm thrilled to be enjoying my newly installed heating and cooling systems in this beautiful home. What impressed me even more is that I recently received a call from Teddy, checking in on our satisfaction. He truly has earned a customer for life through his exceptional service and dedication to ensuring customer happiness.
