We had an issue with our mainline sewage connecting to the city. They fixed our problem right away and even told us how to maintain our system for the future.
The rates were very fair, and they were very friendly. I would give 6 stars if I could.

Great company to say the least. They're local to me and showed up on time. From the dispatcher to the contractors who serviced my plumbing issue. They took their time to troubleshoot the issue properly. Did the work carefully and explained what options I had for my issue. I called back a few days later looking for some advice and the owner spoke with me personally to assist me in figuring out the issue I had at hand. There's a few companies out there that care about their customers and providing them with a solution. This is definitely one of them. Services are affordable and I'll continue to use them going forward for my sewer needs. Thanks, guys.

This company was called for my bathroom leak and they quoted $125 for a toilet leak issue, I resolved it by replacing $7 toilet tank flapper. Confirmed issue is resolved by another licensed technician who was at home for some other plumbing work at home. Scammer alert.

As per response above the quality of workmanship is really poor. When calling for a resolution they were short with their answers blaming it on the new American Standard faucet and not their installation. A reputable company would return and fix the issue Without a charge.

Anthony installed 2 water heaters for us and he was very knowledgeable- offering good advice about options to save us money. Quality was very good, and he took the time to answer questions and explain things. I would use him again and recommend him to others.

I could not get hot water from my shower. It’s been a week since Prestige was first supposed to come and still no hot water. I waited around a whole day last Tuesday and no plumber showed up. Someone came Wednesday morning and determined a part was needed. They agreed to come back Friday with the part. I waited all day Friday until 3pm when I got a call that they still did not pick up the part and would do so Monday morning and come. No reason was given for why the plumber did not pick it up Thursday or Friday or why I wasn’t called Tuesday when nobody was coming or Thursday or Friday when they did not get the part. The plumber shows up this morning with the part. He starts to work and determines that the part needs a part. He assured me he’d be back today with it. Have I heard anything? No.

Everyone has staffing problems now but why did they keep promising when they could not deliver and why couldn’t they pick up a phone any of the three days I waited in vain.

***Do not use prestige plumbing. They charge for everything, horrible customer service and very horrible workmanship. I paid $370 for them to come install a new faucet i purchased 3 months ago and same problem is happening again because they did not install the faucet correctly. I called and they said their work is not under warranty so they will charge to come Out and fix again which will prob be another $400+. I understand if i ordered a defaulted faucet i would have to contact the manufacturer but for them to charge to come out again without taking accountability for their mess up is very bad customer service. I am very unhappy with them and do not want anyone experiencing what I am experiencing.

About two days ago, we had a couple of plumbers come over to our house in Southern Brooklyn, near Brighton Beach. I didn't catch their names, unfortunately. They did excellent work, though. Our basement plumbing was in a bit of a mess, and we'd had several other contractors take a look without much success. But these two gentlemen showed up early in the morning, worked tirelessly all day, and managed to fix everything up perfectly. They were real pros. I think they deserve some recognition, maybe even a raise. We're really pleased with how everything turned out!

Prestige is one of the most professional plumbing services I’ve ever encountered. We just did a broken sewer line in two days. The guys tore up the street and my walk. They were amazing. Did it cost me? Yes it did. Am I happy to pay it? It hurts but they are so good. I’ve never experienced a crew of guys who tore into the problem and fixed it like these guys did. I’m so impressed. 11 feet down into the earth they went. They didn’t destroy any existing pipes. I can only tell you that I’m very impressed by them.

Shoddy Work, Bad Service & Dishonest People

I paid them $100,000 and this is what I got:

I hired Prestige Plumbing to install new boilers and sump pumps in my home and had endless problems. They take no responsibility for anything that doesn't work and just want to blame everyone else for everything that goes wrong because they lack the expertise to get any job done correctly.
They don't care!

We had NO HEAT in the middle of winter because the plumbing for the new boilers was done incorrectly. They had to reconfigure plumbing and add different zone valves to get the system to finally work. No apology for my family freezing all winter.
They don't care!

Now we have NO HOT WATER because the water tank they installed isn't working properly. There is no hot water coming out of their water tank, but they told me my shower fixtures are causing the problem and refused to fix it, which is ridiculous. They don't care!

The sump pump they installed EXPLODED! There was smoke throughout my entire home and I thought the house was going to burn down. An engineer told me they didn't do the electrical work correctly, which caused the problem. They also left the main electrical panel cover on the floor with dangerous wires exposed, which is a code violation. They never put it back!
They don't care!

The owner of the company Rob Bruno doesn't care about his customers, he abandoned the job which is still under Warranty, and told me to hire another plumber to fix the problems!!!
They don't care because the owner doesn't care!

Earlier today, I noticed water pooling near the dishwasher. The plumber discovered a loose supply hose and tightened it. The leak stopped immediately. Great attention to detail.

Finding someone to fix a sudden pipe burst was tough but their crew responded quickly and prevented further damage !!

The laundry room drain kept bubbling whenever the toilet flushed, which was confusing. This plumbing service sent their tech, who found a venting problem and fixed it on the spot. I was impressed with how professional and fast they were.
