To make matters worse, the manufacturer will send a replacement part in 10 days, leaving us without AC for over a week. It's been sweltering and humid. The store seems completely uninterested in customer satisfaction. They'd also charge an outrageous 25% restocking fee even if everything was fine – it's highway robbery. This company doesn't care about its customers, so don't waste your time or money here.
