Gonzalo is an excellent plumber. He has done various plumbing work for me since I purchased my house. His price is very reasonable and he responds on time. I would recommend him to anyone in need of plumbing service.

My pipes has been freezing over the cold weather, but every time I called he came and resolved the issue right away and had great heat for the water thank u very much I will be using his service again

They were friendly, fast, professional and got the job done beautifully! They came at 7:30pm to thaw my frozen pipes! They will be my go to plumber from here on out!

My husband hired Gonzalo for a simple dryer exhaust cleaning, for which he wanted $600! My husband said that was too much for an exhaust cleaning and gave him $400. Gonzalo told my husband that karma would get him!

The next day, I found that our previously functional dryer was no longer drying clothes.

I called Gonzalo, who said he would only warrant his work if we paid him another $200. A warranty should cover issues that arise later, not immediately after the service is performed! Mind you, this is not the first time we had him do work, and he’s done work for the family before. So why such negativity?

We are a family of seven and have been without a working dryer. Upon inspection, we discovered that Gonzalo hadn’t even clamped the hose to the dryer. We fixed this ourselves, but the dryer still wouldn’t dry. Using a camera, we found an obstruction within five feet of the dryer, indicating that Gonzalo hadn't cleaned it properly.

For over a week, we’ve been dealing with this frustration and paid $400 only to end up with more problems instead of a simple cleaning. Avoid this service at all costs!

The new vent cap is installed messy and ugly as shown in the picture that’s why my husband was upset, sloppy work. I now have no dryer for over a week. I need to cut my wall open and install an access panel to remove the rod and remove the lint before my house catches on fire .
The drain was only 6’ of cleaning not the whole line . Last picture is a whole cleaning tool left In my exhaust!! I could sue for almost setting the house on fire

Had a leaking toilet and shower drain. They fixed my issue quickly. The guys were great and on time. Cleaned up after themselves and would definitely use again in the future

I called this company for a leaky sink. They sent a guy the next day. He tried fixing it but it still leaked. I called again, and they sent two other guys. One was Mike, and the other was Jake.
