My husband and I needed our fireplace repaired when moving into our new house last year, chimney medic was able to fix what needed to be done no problem. Then a couple of months later my husband called Rich to come by and look at fixing the fireplace door and getting a quote on possibly putting an insert in. Rich said he would give him a quote the next day, two weeks go by and nothing. My husband kept texting and no response. Then my husband booked Rich for a fireplace cleaning and set an appointment. That day came around and he didn't show up no call or text and now with many unanswered texts from Rich, were going with a different professional.

Extremely unprofessional and unresponsive, don't waste your time.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Mick and crew came to my home when he said he would. Showed me what was going on and gave me an estimate. No pressure, "let me know what you decide" Great communication and follow up. Completed the job as he said with no issues. They are honest and proud of their work and it shows.

We had a carbon monoxide scare on a Sunday morning. After O&R responded, we decided to have the chimney inspected. We called Mick and he was at our house in 2 hours. Did a thorough inspection and did not gouge us for coming out on a Sunday morning. Friendly, knowledgeable and fair. Very satisfied with his service.

We have used the chiminey medic twice so far and both times we were happy with their service. Micky is an honest humble person and his priority is that his customers are happy! He is responsive, comes early to the job and is very strait with his customers. Would recommend to others.

I’ve used Chimney Medic for 4 years now. His crew comes by each year to do a chimney sweep so to keep the fireplace safe. His prices are very fair and never oversells any other services. They are meticulously neat and clean, so you’re not left with no mess.

If you own a fireplace, I’d suggest you call them.

Mick was very quick, thorough and honest... his was the third chimney co I called to get a check-up on our firebox. The first one had a $200 price tag just to look at the fireplace, the second one said we would need to spend $1500 in repairs, and Mick said we were good to go. Didn't cost a cent and actually saved us a lot of money and stress. Thanks Mick!

Service my fireplace a few times and never did it correctly. When I called about a leak that was never fixed properly the owner was super sketchy and rude in his response. Some long story about how it wasn’t his responsibility. Instead of treating me like a return client, he acted like he didn’t remember. Ultimately called someone else who verified that none of the work that I spent lots of money on was done correctly!

Couldn't ask for a better experience. Called The Chimney Medic around 11:30 am on Saturday within 3 hours Mick looked at my chimney and bricks on the front of my house, gave me a written quote and I was on his calendar for Tuesday. Mick and crew come on Tuesday and now I have a new chimney and fixed bricks and it looks awesome. The most easy, quick and professional home project ever. I actually wanted to get more bricks replaced but Mick wanted to make sure there wasn't something else causing my issue and didn't want me to waste my money. Love the honesty!!!!!

I called Mick at The Chimney Medic because I needed someone to repair my chimney. He was very helpful on the phone and his price for repair was the lowest I had received. They were on time and worked clean and professionally. He called when he was on the way and kept me informed at every step of the repair.
One of the best things was there was NO pressure sales. While he did make suggestions......I never felt pressured.

Mickey did a great job! Had a quote for repair work and called Chimney Medic for a 2nd opinion. He came over the same day and looked things over. Didn't feel that all the work was necessary and gave an honest opinion of what needed to be done. He gave a fair price and scheduled and completed the work the following week. 100% satisfied, and will call them for all future chimney work!!!

Mickey, Dave and his crew are amazing. I called Mickey after a bad experience and my chimney was left unusable. Mickey and his crew arrived within hours and diagnosed the problem with 15 mins. They not only reversed the issues from the previous company but they improved my draft and installed a liner. All for a more than far price. The owner of this company, who is the only person you'll speak with is unhinged. You know that pretty immediately. He is moody, inappropriate and you just know that in order to get the job done it's going to take A LOT of patience. Not to mention, he treats his workers poorly. I was promised a date, my plan changed a bit but still wanted to work together and because it didn't go completely his way, he told me that I was being cut off as a client and my date was now off of his calendar. Poor business ethics and just an overall headache. I do not recommend this chimney service to anyone.

I was referred to Chimney Medic by our roofer and I'm glad they did! Mickey and his crew repointed our stone chimney and did a chimney sweep for us. Mickey is friendly and courteous and responded quickly to our calls. The price for the work was reasonable. I certainly wouldn't hesitate to use Chimney Medic again and refer him to others in need of work on their chimney.

Micky built an entire chimney as well as an indoor gas fireplace from scratch! He was extremely polite and straight forward with us. There were no surprises beside how amazing everything turned out. Work was done on time and we had communication every step of the way. Highly recommend!!!
