As a single woman, home owner it’s difficult to find a respectable, knowledgeable, quality company who is not going to take advantage of you. I’ve dealt with different people & companies. But Guy is very respectful, kind, reliable, knowledgeable, attentive to the needs of my home. I’m always comfortable whenever I need HVAC work done in my home. I had water leaking from my water heater. I contacted GGI HVAC, Guy came by, looked at it, explained to me the cause and what needed to be done and what it would cost to fix it (price was reasonable). Guy took care of it and no more leaks from my water heater.
My water heater broke a week before my birthday weekend party. I panicked. Called GGI HVAC. Guy came by, looked at my situation. His office took care of everything (contacting the company for warranty, ordering a new water heater, installing it). They were very neat which I appreciated very much.
My thermostat was giving me problems. I contacted GGI HVAC. Guy came by, analyzed my situation, ordered a new thermostat, installed and I was satisfied.
I have GGI HVAC in speed dial. Whenever I need help, I just pick up the phone and Guy is right there to fix it.

The technicians at GGI HVAC have provided consistently honest and excellent service on our heating system. I highly recommend them.

When we first bought our house another shameless company tried to scare us into buying a whole new furnace by telling us that we were leaking CO. GGI HVAC techs refuted that claim and took the time to move all our CO detectors closer the registers to put our minds at ease.

When the furnace finally died, the following year, they worked with our warranty company to replace it, and did additional work, not covered by our warranty.

They also stand by their work! When we had issues w our heating system this year, they quickly sent a tech. After a very thorough diagnostic procedure, he determined that the entire problem was due to an unconnected wire to the new damper that was installed by them last year. He considered it a one year follow up and didn’t even charge us.

This is an excellent company with fabulous techs who posses true moral fiber. I highly recommend them!!!

GGI responded quickly when i gave them a call about my boiler not working. More importantly, they arrived when they said they would. Diagnosed the problem quickly and gave a fair price...especially since it was Thanksgiving weekend.

My air conditioning broke in the middle of the summer on a 90 degree day. Guy was there within the hour! Installed a new Air air-conditioning system for my family. Guy does neat work in a timely manner Always there when my family needs him!

Guy from GGI HVAC is outstanding. Not only is his work thorough and reliable, his consideration for his customers is exceptional as well. Only he and his company were finally able to fix our failing central air system which had not been functioning properly for years. He finished the necessary repairs last night and worked on it until almost midnight! I highly recommend them for all HVAC services you need.
