If negative stars were able to be used, this would be the occasion. Unprofessional, unresponsive and the worst service as you can see in the pictures. This is the "full" service they provided. After 4 days of coordinating a service, decided to do the service after a rainy day without notifying me, then mid service just left and never answered or finished the job. 🙃

Update: After a week went by with no answer, the coordinator, Charles proceeded to call late at night, with no answer, then he proceeded to text multiple unwanted unprofessional derogatory messages about the service that they didn't provide. Even mentioned that he lived close to my property.

Please, Do Not Contact Again!!! Or lie about services that were never provided or coordinated!

Michelle , the owner of Big Rock Landscaping promptly responde to my post for lawn care . She is professional, kind and patient! Her team weed whacked , cut and bagged my lawn three times per my request at a very reasonable rate! They did an amazing job on my lawn which brought me peace of mind while I was out of town ! I highly recommend their lawn care services and I look forward to working with Michelle and her team in the future! Great job!

Called for an estimate to redo my lawn and they scheduled an appointment at 5:30 on a Saturday and never showed up or even called to reschedule…. Responding to your comment back to me . I called you on Friday and you asked how was Saturday at 5:30 I told you that would work and you said that he would be out and you would text message when he was on his way you never said next Saturday. I would have never agreed to that as I will be out of town on the holiday weekend.

I’m SO grateful to have found an honest and affordable company like Big Rock Construction! Excellent quality, having them do a bunch of work on my house including driveway sealing, plowing and repair work!

I'm thankful that I found Big Rock Construction for a major drywall repair of my basement ceiling. The price was fair, the work was exceptional, and Barry completed the job in record time which allowed us to start with the next contractor 2 days later to replace basement flooring. Even more valuable than the work he did was his advice on fixing other drywall projects. H recommended that I hire painters to fix these small problems rather than having him fix them, and then a second crew of painters come in afterwards to repaint the rooms where the repairs were done. This advice was awesome because he not only saved me money, but also the time and hassle of having two sets of contractors making multiple trips to my house. None of the other drywall repair guys offered this advice that was in my best interest. I will finish this review by stating he is truly a nice guy. Soft-spoken, considerate, flexible, and hardworking. I strongly recommend that you talk to him about your projects for a very professional and wise plan to take care of your home repairs/contracting needs.

I cannot say enough great things about Big Rock and their lawn and plow services. Professional, super open lines of communication, and just plain nice. My driveway and lawn looks lovely during all seasons and I never have to call to see when my service will be performed. I’m so happy and will continue to use their service until they retire some day. :)

Big Rock did snow plowing for our Business. They were prompt and did a great job every time it snowed. Highly recommend this company. They also did fall clean up at our house which included raking leaves and trimming plants. They came out when they said they would and cleaned up our yard.

The owners of Big Rock Landscaping and Plowing are wonderful. They really care about making you happy and doing a great job. I have been using their services since the very beginning. They have cut my lawn, plowed and snow blowed my driveway and mulched my gardens. They were great during the awful Christmas blizzard a few years back. I couldn’t even get out of my house to thank them.

Fiorellas Landscaping just installed some outdoor lights on the front of our house. Top to bottom a fantastic experience. Communication was great right from the beginning and they did exactly what they said they going to do in the timeline they indicated for the price that was quoted. The finished product exceeded our expectations.
