Custom Maid always does an excellent job. The crews who have come to our house are friendly, professional, and work very hard. The house always looks and smells great when they leave. The Custom Maid experience is always great! The team members are friendly and professional. If you have a specific area of cleaning focus they are more than willing to help. I have used them for over 12 years in two different homes. They also did an incredible job with a whole house cleaning the day before I sold my house. This included appliances and cabinets. A five star company !!

Price is good. Scheduling is too changable. Frequent time changes so you can't rely on the arrival time they initally give. It will be shifted 1 maybe 2 or 3 times, and even on the day of. The arrival time is an hour window but they don't text when they're headed over, though they do faithfully stick to the window.

Cleaning depth is only basic and limited. Cleaning quality is decent, but not great or exceptional. But the basics are done well, like a quick hotel clean. Many glaringly obvious dirty areas are not touched or skipped over because time seems to be limited to 30 mins with a list of what they do and don't clean and they don't go beyond it. For example my shower floor has large tiles with dark color grout that turns white because of my new soap, but they only polished the shower floor (I guess?) without scrubbing the grout with a brush, so it was clean but with obvious white soapy grout. I even left a tile brush out to use which was ignored. It took me an extra 5 mins of scrubbing with my brush and tile spray after they left to clean it. I just wonder why they wouldn't do that since it was so obviously dirty and they had the time and tools?

I would have been okay to continue this way and finish the extra 10-15 minutes cleaning myself after they left, but unfortunately I noticed one or two things missing from my apartment that I still can't find or explain where they disappeared to 😕 and unfortunately I didn't notice exactly when they disappeared after having about 10 cleaning sessions from this company over the course of 6 months. I did ask two of the regular girls who came over if any of the other girls who weren't regulars perhaps had a history of stealing, and they said that nobody has had a history of stealing in the company. I showed them a picture of one of the missing items and they did not recognize it. The two things didn't amount to more than $30 combined, but one was an Irreplaceable Crystal that took millions of years to form so that was a big bummer. But I didn't want to bother with any insurance claims or complaining to the owner and creating some sort of concern within the company since I can't be 100% sure and didn't have proof or catch it right away. Though I'm like 95% sure because my crystal sat in one location and they never even dusted at that table (on my request) because it had so many crystals on it.... alas, the fact remains that the missing Crystal was living there unmoved for months, and now I haven't seen it in months and it's only been me and the cleaners in this house in all of these months 🤷🏼‍♀️

So I had to cancel my service even though I enjoyed not having to clean my apartment. And this was the first time I had ever hired cleaners in 30 yrs of adulthood, but it it just wasn't convenient with the constant time shifts, the concern of things may be missing, and just the basic limited cleaning effort.

EDIT: Resolution by the company was handled promptly by kindly offering me a refund for my last cleaning or in the alternative a deep cleaning. I took the refund. :)

We have used Custom Maid Cleaners for a number of years and have been so satisfied with their professionalism, courtesy and work ethic! Floors are washed by hand, items are taken off surfaces to be cleaned, and all is completed in a very timely fashion! Communication with Amanda is responded to quickly and our needs are always met when changes are necessary!

Great service! I hired a different professional cleaning company a few weeks prior that did just an okay job, it seemed that the other company rushed through. Arrived as scheduled and we're professional, kind and pleasant. That might not sound important but pleasant, professional people are hard to come by these days. They worked efficiently while I went about my business and did a great job. Very happy with the service and my choice of service provider. Excited to have them be my regular cleaning service.

I recently contracted Custom Maid to provide biweekly cleaning service. Today was my second cleaning session by the crew. Her team is courteous and are detailed in their approach . They ask me to review the rooms after they are complete. Everyone has particular needs and since they were new to the house, they were receptive to addressing small tasks that were not ones that would be needed on a biweekly basis. I felt really comfortable with these conversations and requests. I was also respectful not to overburden them as I know they likely had jobs to follow mine. Bills are delivered timely so they are predictable and easily paid through my online bill pay. Really excited to perhaps schedule extra time to assist with spring cleaning! Very impressed.

Cheri and her crew did a fantastic job from start to finish. They were able to do a quote over the phone, which was super convenient in getting the process started without unnecessary foot traffic during this time of social distancing. The cleaners arrived on time and did a thorough job getting the apartment in great shape. Would definitely recommend again.

From the time J, Becca and Robin entered our home and greeted us to the thoroughness to exceed our expectations as the bathrooms and kitchen now sparkle and we were both amazed by the results.
