I love Custom Maid. The staff are professional, and do a great job. They are efficient and I appreciate always having at least 1 team members that is a regular and knows our house. The administration is responsive and professional as well. This is one of my best investments. I have referred friends and families. I am confident that they will as nice of a job with them, that they do with us.

We had a great experience with Custom Maid for our house cleaning needs. They showed up on time, prepared, were extremely thorough and efficient. Could not say enough positive things about the experience. Looking forward to our continued services from them in the future.

We used Custom Maid for a move-in service as we moved into our next home and were very happy with their thorough cleaning. The girls were exceptionally friendly and on time! Cheri was willing to work scheduling around our changing closing dates. I would recommend their quality service!

I never thought I would be someone who used a cleaning service and now love having the crew come bi-weekly! Every crew that has come has always been on time and very respectful. I work from home and sometimes will be on conference calls while they are cleaning and have never had any issues with noise complaints. Custom Maid has also improved our family quality of life. They’ve given us time back in our days so we can enjoy more family time. 10/10 recommend!

Custom Maid Cleaning service has been cleaning our office for several months. They are very easy to work with and take great pride in their work. Very simple to get a quote as you tour the house with them on your cell phone. Their level of service and quality of the clean they provide is absolutely worth every penny. I would recommend them over every other cleaning service out there….and I’ve hired several. Can’t go wrong.

Team was efficient and effective. Got my house ready to show and sell in less than 2 hours. Highly recommend treating yourself to a deep clean now and again, it really makes a difference.

The girls who came to my house were super sweet and did a thorough job! I'm only docking 1 star for the following: first and foremost I was incredibly clear that I needed to schedule a time after 11am as my significant other works overnights and he needs to sleep. I could be flexible on any time after that.. however I was scheduled between 10am and 11am. Also the pricing for the estimate was wayyyyy off (by over $100) and I was charged for the time I spent showing the girls around and telling them what I needed and didn't need to be cleaned (however I understand that if the same 3 girls are back on a regular basis I won't need to spend extra time doing this!). All in all the girls were lovely and my house was nearly immaculate! I would 1000% continue to use this company moving forward so long as they are able to accommodate a later cleaning time-frame. If not, I'll sadly have to search for another company (which I really do not want to do!).

****Update: I feel badly it took me so long to do this but I had alot on my plate! I'd like to say after leaving the above review the owner contacted me personally and asked what he could do to rectify my concerns. It truly was not necessary, but he went above and beyond to ensure 100000% customer satisfaction! It is clear that this company takes pride in their work and reputation!! If ever any issues arise, rest easy knowing that custom maids fully take care of their customers needs!

Professional crew came in and got to work making my house look great

My boyfriend had the house professionally cleaned before the arrival of our son and this was the best gift! They did a phenomenal job. We are a week post partum and not having to worry about cleaning has been amazing.

I was very happy with my recent cleaning prior to moving into a new apartment. It was easy to reach someone to schedule with and they were flexible when there was miscommunication on my end. The work was exactly what we were looking for and their pricing was very reasonable. Easy to recommend!

They are reliable, never miss a cleaning, and have substitute teams if anything does shift on their end. We hired Custom Maid to do a moving out cleaning at my dads house and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They arrived on time and did a thorough cleaning of the whole house. Even our realtor was amazed at how good the house looked! With the amount of work they did at the price they charged it was very affordable. Highly recommended!

Çustom Maid is a great service for those of us who can't or don't want to do their own cleaning. They make the bathrooms sparkle and do your floors on hands and knees. They are more reasonable in price compared to the Molly and Merry Maids. I am very pleased with this service.
