Not professional at all. I have them the first time and they came on time I think because I wanted two apartments to be cleaned and I was going to pay a lot because of the two apartments as I was moving from one to another and I wanted them both to be cleaned. Then the next time I called the owner gave me an appointment then never showed up. I was embarrassed because I was planning to have my friends for that day and ended up cancling my invitation. I sweared I will not call them again then after a few months the owner was texting me and asking me if I need cleaning. I told her that I will call her soon as I wanted a cleaning before my vacation. Then I text her two days ago and she gave my number to a woman who said I will do the cleaning for you. Then she canceled my appointment at the last minute. I keept calling as I needed the cleaning after 6 hours the owner said wait I will see another guy for you just gave me 10 minutes. While I keept searching for another cleaner . I found one then I called the owner do you have any one to do the cleaning or I will have another one? She said find another one then she hang up the phone. I ended up with another cleaner and I paid more because it was in the last minute. I don't recommend these people at all. They are not professional and disrespectful.👎

I was definitely impressed with the level of professionalism I received from start to finish dealing with this small business. They were able to get me scheduled promptly for a consultation (which was very reasonable) and did an excellent job cleaning out two of my apartments that were left filthy by my previous tenants. I would definitely recommend them for any big or small cleaning job!

Ace cleaning is the best janitorial service in WNY. The owners communication are great and she has successfully fulfilled all of the needs of my facility. I called Ace Cleaning Services to do a move in cleaning for one of my clients. The previous owners left the home an absolute mess. Adriane and her crew did an amazing job. They even went so far as to tell me how dirty the dryer vent was and did their best to clean it out themselves. Nice people and excellent workers. My clients were thrilled and it made for an easier transition for them. I cannot recommend Ace enough and will definitely be calling them again.

Awesome lady to have clean your house

The ladies were very nice, and respectful, efficient,and on time, they did a wonderful job with my home. Very thoroughly cleaned and the cleaning supplies they used smelled amazing...

You will not be disappointed with this company and their services! They were quick to reply to my initial inquiry after being refered to them by friends of mine who are current clients. The manager Amanda was friendly and attentive and set up a virtual tour appointment with the owner Colleen a few days after my inquiry. The virtual tour was quick and easy and Colleen provided a quote for an initial deep clean and subsequent bi-weekly cleaning within the same hour! The quote outlined everything that would be done, how many people would come to the house (3) and how long it would take. I was amazed that they hand wash the floors!!!!
Their prices and policies are fair and the amount of work that they do and the quality of their work is amazing.
We decided on the deep cleaning that was done last week. When I walked into my home, I could smell and see the clean! We decided immediately to sign on for bi-weekly cleanings and that schedule starts next week.

Since I was not home at the time of. Leaning and I did not leave a list of todo’ s the staff did a very nice job of recognizing what areas of my home needed to be addressed. When you walk into our home the very first thing that stands out are the Tiger eye wood floors. You could instantly tell they took extra care in dusting and cleaning them. We have 2 long hair miniature dauchaunds that shed. No sign of hair.

A three woman cleaning crew came to my home within the designated range. They were friendly and efficient. They checked in with me multiple times. When they had finished the top items on my list they took initiative and found more things to do to round out the hour. I would recommend this company.

We have had Custom Maid come out 3 times so far including an initial deep clean for the holidays. Each time, the crew has been extremely nice and do an excellent job throughout the house. Worth the money and it's so nice to get that time back for ourselves!
