about 8 years ago we had Master come into our home and clean two rooms they did a great job and were reasonable costwise. Now we are having them do some more work.

Master rug cleaners do an excellent job. They go the extra mile. Not much more I can say about them. They are also very reasonable.

Had my Rug cleaned by them, when I rolled it out and looked at it, looks like nothing was even done. tons of pet hair all over tried walking on it bare foot still feels dirty. tried calling and all he could say was well it was cleaned, and if I wanted I could bring it back but it would cost me again. Will update once I clean it my self see if they even cleaned it at all.

Visited on Saturday, July 6 around noon to drop off some small rugs to be cleaned. Their website stated open Saturdays until 2.
They were closed, no one answered the phone, no sign on the door. Now, really. It's not like I live right around the corner. Fail!

I just picked up my oriental rug today. Wow it looks so beautiful! The colors are bright and it’s so soft and has never been so clean. This is a high-quality oriental and I was so pleased with how it came out

Had my living room and hallway rugs cleaned today and after the he completed they look as clean as the day we had them installed 15 years ago

Friendly, great service at the right price. We had an area rug cut into a runner and a smaller area rug and both bound. The results were perfect

The carpet turned out great! It looks like new. Hector and Andre were very polite and made sure we were satisfied with the job they did.

I have had Jeff do three projects on my Searay 370 in Chadwick Bay. He came on time, was totally professional and his work was GLORIOUSLY PERFECT. He didn’t grumble about the 50 mile drive to the boat. Everyone in the marina was impressed .
Even my wife was amazed by the huge improvements in carpet, cockpit matting and rubberized material for swim platform.

I have used Master Rug Cleaners on multiple occasions and they routinely do a GREAT job. I have also had furniture cushions cleaned and amazingly they get stains out that I could not!! Excellent customer service, highly recommend.

I used Master rug cleaners because I thought they knew what they were doing and they had been in business for many years. They took 2 area rugs to the shop to be cleaned and when they returned then they were ruined. They claimed the business that made the rugs did not make them correctly. I contacted the rug maker and he said the rug cleaner got the rugs too wet and then rolled them up when they were not dry. The yellow spots on the rug were from too much water soaking into the jute backing and not drying the rug before rolling it up and this also caused both rugs to no longer lay flat. When they returned the rugs and I told them they were ruined they gave me the bill for cleaning and said it was not there fault. I was charged $142 for Master rugs to ruin 2 designer area rugs. You are warned about this business. We were subsequently contacted by Jeff from Master Rug Cleaners. He had the rugs picked up and repaired at no cost. He apologized stating that covid had caused staff turnover and a new employee had missed a carpet construction issue that required a different cleaning method. Not many businesses own their problems these days. We are now satisfied and will use this business in the future.

I am a first time customer for this company. Picked up my rug the same day. I got my rug back and it looked amazing. Highly recommend them.

Master Rig cleaners has proven to me to be the best in the area. They do a fantastic job, at a reasonable price. I haven't known a place that can do a better job cleaning an area rug. They just simply charge more. Under $75 to clean my 10 x 14 area rug

We ordered new carpets for our cabin cruiser and they did a fantastic job. They delivered them and installed them to be sure they all fit correctly. The price was very reasonable, they were very professional and I’m very impressed with there workmanship. I would definitely recommend them!

Amazing ownership, great management, and quality staff. Quest is an amazing company to work with they are truly the diamond in the rough. I have used many cleaning companies and Quest by far is the only one that steps up to the plate and knocks it out of the park consistently! Most companies will give it their all for a year or even a month or two and then the honey moon is over Quest gives you a hundred percent two hundred percent of the time!

Quest has been the service provider for my company for many years. I have gotten to know the owners and their workers personally. They always take care of my cleaning and maintenance needs and are always professional. The owners and team members work as an efficient team. On many occasions I needed something in a pinch and they were able to take care of it for me. They definitely make me feel like my satisfaction is important to them.
