I’m not usually someone who posts comments but I have to about emaids. They are very professional and very customer friendly. I have had 2 excellent experiences with them. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a superior cleaning service.

Respectful, professional, and on time. Got better than expected service at a price that I could afford. I am comfortable knowing that this will be one less thing I have to worry about with my busy work schedule. Hope my recommendation to my office fits in your schedule.

First time using this service and was not disappointed. Richard was friendly and accommodating to make the appointment, and Latora did a fantastic job with the cleaning. Incredibly thorough and everything was spotless. Very happy overall and would definitely recommend. Reasonably priced.

Unfortunately not the best. Wish it worked out, but it didn’t looking for a new service asap. Dishonest business practices. Stay away.

Response: I spoke with you regarding charging me a $65 cancellation fee when I had let you know 3 weeks prior, but you went ahead and tried to charge me. Thankfully Amex has my back. You even disputed the dispute 3 times (debbie). Like how venomous can you be?

Regarding the service? Your team threw out brand new nose hair trimmers and electric shavers. You replaced them, but like how dumb can you be? You clean the apartment, but walk through it with your outside shoes on... ugh

Negative experience all around. They claimed to be able to clean and yet this spot that they could not remove from my bathtub, the next day, I removed it with basic cleaning supplies. I ended up having to clean up my entire place again after they left and found lots of dirty and untouched surfaces even though I paid for a deep clean prior to move-in on an empty apartment (imagine if it was furnished). For example, when they cleaned the stove, they cleaned the stovetop but did not clean the oven (again, this is a deep clean service and it was a fairly new appliance). When I called to complain, they said they were satisfied with how they handled things and also provided the worst customer experience. Worst experience, will not use them again.

The service was amazing. As a first-time customer, eMaids did a walk-through to ensure the time I booked was enough and adjusted the schedule accordingly! From the windows to the archways of the doors, everything was clean! I highly recommend it!!

Our designated cleaner is scheduled to come monthly which we look forward to every time. Following the cleaning, the apartment is almost spotless, relatively speaking, cleaned efficiently and effectively in the allotted time.

I called first as my request was not the standard cleaning. They actually answer the phone, not like others I called, who don't call you back. Pricing was very fair. Lisa and helper came exactly on time and did a great job! Both were very friendly and accomodating and made sure I was completely satisfied before leaving. Can't say enough. Highly recommended.

Terrific service. The two cleaners were pleasant and professional. They did a great job. Also the manager is very professional as well. Answered my calls on a timely fashion and was very helpful on going through the whole cleaning and billing process. I would highly recommend this company.

Services were excellent! I purchased service as a present for my father who is a senior citizen but it was also peace of mind for me to know that the chores he can no longer handle were being taken care of. The cleaning techs were professional and showed great attention to detail. Would definitely recommend!

Unprofessional, the cleaner arrived 30 minutes late, wearing a bonnet and waist trainer, with little to no cleaning products. Cleaning products came in water bottles not even half way filled. The cleaner tried to clean with only WATER. No antibacterial. I had to give them my own cleaning products and go out to buy more. They did not complete the job, floors and window seals were not cleaned. I was moving in a newly renovated home. The cleaner kept calling the staff to come help because she stated she would not finish in time. The additional person was sent and the job still was not completed. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Even my bath rubs were left gritty/dusty. I wish I could get my money back.

Best maid service ever! Used them for a move out service for a large apartment, practically spotless and looks new. Great service, very affordable. Will be using them in the future for additional services! Recommend them to anyone even if you’re on the fence.

This was my first time using eMaids and one of the owner’s Debbie walked through my house with me and I explained my needs and wants and all of them were met with perfection after the service was completed. Their service is wonderful, professional and personable! Their staff is detailed oriented and precise! I will continue to use them and highly recommend them!

I have been diagnosed with Cancer last March. Cleaning products is not good for my health. Ms Debrah is a owner and Manager who cares about her customers. She listens carefully to my daughter about my needs. Ms Debrah went above and beyond, she gave me the help I needed by sending one of her maids. Marsha is a punctual maid, professional, good personality, honest, and she did an excellent job. The price is reasonable. This relies me of the stress I was feeling after using cleaning products. Thank you eMaids. ❤️

All I have to say is WOW! I hired Deborah and Lisa’s team to help me deep-clean my father-in-laws house and they absolutely did not disappoint!!! They were here prompt, efficient and immaculate; I couldn’t believe it was the same house after they were done! Not only was she here earlier than she said, she was also so kind as to give me extra time to make sure her girls got the whole job done. I highly recommend this team of women and I can’t wait to use them again!

We lost our beloved family member suddenly last week and needed a same day cleaning service. I found eMaids of East Queens & West Nassau on Google. They were so professional and kind during our grief. They were SUPER accommodating and worked with our hectic schedule. I cannot praise them enough about the job they did cleaning my relative’s apartment. These ladies were efficient and cleaned EVERY surface in that place. I wish I could give them TEN STARS for the amazing service they did.

The Guy did an excellent job cleaning my Nasty Bathroom. Living with 2 men is the worst and I am Not A Maid. Now I see I have to keep a Spray bottle of cleaning solution Nearby or tell My son Mainly he had to go shower somewhere else.

I recently hired Emaids for a deep clean of my home, and I couldn’t be more impressed! From the moment I contacted them, the customer service was outstanding. They were responsive, friendly, and accommodating. On the day of the service, the team arrived right on time, fully equipped and ready to tackle the job. They were professional, respectful, and clearly took pride in their work.

Paid cash for 4 Hours. Lady left early. Cleaned only 50% of apartment . Paid 250$ for four hours. Came home to a dirty toilet still. Used this comoany 10x in the past, and never had a problem. Dont recommend anymore . New cleaners and/or owners are not
Holding this husiness to its standards. whatsoever. DO NOT USE!!...they deletes my resverstion to i used since i paid cash , and wont gove receipt to prove they even showed. TERRIBLE OWNERS TERRIBLE CLEANERS. They cut corners. THEY ARE THIEVSS!!!!
