Deborah/Lisa and her team are professional, reliable and the best cleaning service I have used so far.

Every one of the maids are meticulous and pay good attention to detail.

They are respectful of my place, listen to any requests I have and complete all tasks in a timely manner.

I hired emaids for a 3 hr service to clean a 3 bedroom 2 bath apartment after a move out. I was greatly disappointed with the service. The apartment looked like nothing had been done. 1 woman focused her attention on the stove which after 3 hrs still wasn’t clean and the other spent 2 hrs cleaning the bathrooms ( that weren’t really dirty). She was on her phone, she didn’t touch the ceramic tile walls and didn’t finish the second bathroom because I stopped her so she could try and help with the kitchen since it was coming up on 3 hrs. The cabinets were still dirty . When Deborah Iarrived I told her how unhappy I was and she to stated that she wasn’t happy with the quality of work as well. She only issued a $50 dollar credit and offered to send another girl that she expected me to pay. Of course I declined. I definitely would not recommend this service. My worst experience ever

I was very satisfied with E-maids service. The procedures were explicitly explained as to how the cleaning job would be done. Fees were discussed and were clear. The ladies did an excellent cleaning of my apartment. Deborah was available if needed throughout this process. I recommend their services.

These girls saved me. My Aunt had become ill and couldn’t clean and her apartment was a disaster. They came and cleaned and made it look and feel clean again and they were lovely and professional and caring. Highly recommend them to anyone.

Me acabo de mudar a una casa, antes de acomodar mis platos y utensilios quería que se limpiara la cocina y baños. Ya que no se la higiene ni nada de cómo eran los otros inquilinos. Le pedí a Nadia que me limpiara especialmente la cocina. Días antes especifiqué paso por paso lo que necesitaba. La estufa quedo igualita de sucia, (se les olvidó por completo) y se les olvidó limpiar las orillas de la cocina, cuando pedí específicamente las orillas(quedaron sucias), lo dije en varias ocasiones, las limpié yo de una vez con All purpose cleaner, nada del otro mundo. Desperdiciaron un tiempo valioso en el exterior de los gabinetes casi 2horas solo en eso. No se para que, pues eso que brillaba era laca (pintura de brillo). Luego ya después de 2horas rápidamente deciden limpiar el resto de la casa mediocremente, con una aspiradora pequeña para nada profesional y de muy poca succión. Me dejaron los abanicos sucios, los ventanillas del aire sucias, todo sucio (se les olvidó por completo despolvar). Por lo rápido que estaban, ya que como dije antes desperdiciaron mucho tiempo. Que me disculpen pero honestamente no recomiendo sus servicios prefiero limpiar yo.
