Repair was done on schedule and correctly, but all I received was a receipt. I requested an invoice showing what work was done and stating the terms of the guarantee. Still waiting.

I was told that there would be a charge of $109 to arrive and diagnose the problem with my refrigerator, and that would be applied to cost of repair. The technician fixed it in ten minutes, with a small length of plastic tube, and asked for $325. I complained, so he lowered it to $225. I had to make a train, and he had arrived one hour after the window that was promised, so I did not have time to argue anymore and paid him. But I felt that I was in a middle eastern bazaar, haggling. When I called the company's number, I was told that they do not have an hourly rate for their technicians (the way an auto repair shop has, parts + labor at a specified hourly rate). So I can be charged whatever they feel they can get out of me. Very unethical.

They came and was very efficient. They took down and set up the new washer in no time. Thank you.

I had a leak pooling at the bottom of my fridge at a rental property, and All Appliance Repair made the entire process easy and stress-free. Laura was incredibly helpful and patient in trying to diagnose the issue over the phone. Since I wasn’t on-site, she and Tommy coordinated directly with my tenants to schedule the repair and took care of everything — even making the payment process simple. Laura was kind, personable, and professional. It’s clearly a thoughtful, family-run business, and I really felt like they cared about doing the right thing. They went out of their way to accommodate my situation, and I truly appreciate that. Highly recommend!

After trouble shooting, the technician promised to send invoice to purchase board for a range just over 1 yr old. Nothing was sent for over 48 hrs and I had to reach for invoice and cost of replacement. His advice was to buy a new range rather than repair based on cost of part. Having collected consultation fee he offered to sell me a (refurbished) range with a 1 year warranty and deduct consultation fee from cost. To me that was a conflict of interest and I chose to purchase a new range from Homedepot. Probably won't used this service again. First impression wasn't good, left an unsatisfactory taste in my mouth.
