We are extremely pleased with Four Winds and their service. They installed a new fire box and worked good but was not happy with it too much. Four Winds replaced the system with a new gas insert. They went over and above to keep us satisfied. I have recommended them to several other people. Very customer service orientated company.

I used Four Winds for the first time. I talked to three different people on the phones asking about the problem I was having, all three were very helpful.

An estimator came out (Mike), my wife was here and was saying how nice he was, and mentioned everything that would need to happen. He called back and asked me if I had further questions, and had a very good phone call.

Then the crew came to do the work. These two, Kyle and Mattie were the nicest people you would want to meet. But the job they did was phenomenal.

Honestly, if I ever need this type of work done again, this is the only company I would consider, ever!

A cursory but thorough inspection revealed our fireplace and chimney would not pass safety requirements, so the tech gave us the option of forgoing the camera inspection of the flue, saving us some money. Very clearly presented our options.

I was very impressed buy the timely response to my problem. My technician was here on the 13th of March. And they started the work on the 21st of March,done with liner work the same day,roofer was here the 24th to finish up. No more leaks in the attic. Thank You Four Winds Chimney.

Four Chimneys took down an old stone chimney and reroofed over the space. Their paperwork detailed exactly what was to be done. All employees were courteous and worked hard. They cleaned up well after the work. We recommend them highly.

After getting several estimates I picked Four Winds Masonry because Anthony seemed very knowledgeable and had the best attitude of everyone I talked to. He took the time to review options with me and answer all my questions. I already knew I had to have both my chimneys rebuilt from the roof line up, and his quote was very reasonable.

When the team starting working, I was very impressed with their professionalism as well as their friendly demeaner. I continued to ask questions and watch what they were doing (it was impressive watching them put the liners in for my two furnaces) and they were always very polite and informative.

They had to cut our a few bricks on both chimneys so they could feed the liners down correctly. When they were done, everything was replaced and I can’t even tell where the bricks came out. Very nice stone work.

I felt confident enough that shortly after they got started, I expanded their scope of work to also include installing two additional linings for the fireplaces to take care of two new fireplace inserts (which they also installed).

Everything was completed on time and within the budget that was estimated. I would highly recommend Anthony and Four Winds Masonry. I expect to have them out every year to clean and check our chimneys for as long as we own our home.

We are very happy with the work that Four Winds did for us. Everyone that we have spoken to from the office staff to the technicians have been so nice. Everything that the inspectors did was clearly explained to us with detailed pictures & a live camera feed. The technicians who repaired our chimney were very nice & cleaned up everything. We would highly recommend Four Winds.

Anthony was outstanding. Very knowledgeable and cleaned the 20 year old gas insert fireplace and made it look brand new again. Very happy with Four Winds. We have already booked the annual inspection service for next spring.

Four Winds is an exceptional company. Really appreciate the quality of the work and service, but more importantly appreciate the quality of the people that are working there Great group to work with. Also really impressed by the job report and summaries that come after they finish the work. Plenty of pictures and details to show what was done. If I were selling my home I could easily show these reports to show how our fireplace is serviced by Four Winds and is in tip top condition. A nice selling point. I would recommend this company to friends and family.

Four Winds Chimney is an excellent business! First Robbie came over and gave us an estimate while showing us where the chimney needed rebuilding. He has stayed in contact and was communicating with me and my insurance company. Charles was the mason and was very good throughout the demolition and the brick rebuild above roof level. We had an issue with Chimney Swallows and we had to put off the lower work until the protected birds migrate. The last crew that does the flashing found some areas needing plywood replacement and did an excellent job protecting the roofing and insuring the water stays out. Highly recommend their services!

Thought I signed up for a cleaning and inspection for 175$. Did not receive either and was charged 108$ for a service call. 4 proposals ranging from 7-15k. Felt like they were trying to sell me a timeshare. Prices for 7 hours of labor are outrageous.
