I couldn’t be happier and more totally satisfied with Steam Police and the carpet cleaning experience. Steam Police sent a text with the arrival time along with a photo of John, my technician. John is not only personable but excellent at his job. I am relieved that our bedroom carpets are thoroughly cleaned and will ensure a healthy environment.
I plan to have Steam Police come out again to clean our area rugs and a few upholstered pieces of furniture.

Had some very tough carpet stains that I was attempted to just replace the carpet. However The Steam Police was way more economical ($325 vs $3k). John T was the guy who did the work and he was way more optimistic than I was on how it was going to look. Turns out he was right the carpet looks great now.

Caleb did an amazing job ! We just purchased a new house and Caleb was able to erase all years of the dirt and grime for the carpets and tile grout. He was very thorough and informative through the whole process. Would HIGHLY recommend the Steam Police and Caleb!

The Steam Police did an amazing job on our air duct cleaning. I got a text when the technician was in route and he was right on time for the appointment. John, our technician was great. He explained every step of the process and got right to work. He spent a great deal of time making sure everything was done right and gave us updates throughout. He was considerate of the fact that we work from home and was very professional in making sure the process caused the least amount of interruptions/distractions for us. John went above and beyond, helping to resolve a connection issue with our dryer vent (when he was cleaning it). I couldn't be happier with the professionalism and level of service provided to us and would highly recommend The Steam Police for any air duct, carpet, upholstery or any other cleaning services they provide.

Very prompt in arrival. Appreciated the text when he was on the way! Great job on our carpets. They came out very clean. John, our technician, was very friendly and knowledgeable. Extra charge for a deeper clean but was minimal and worth it as we have a very furry dog! Adjusted price for smaller area that was cleaned. Reasonable and fair! Highly recommend!

Service was easy to book and timely. Communication was clear and text when they are on the way. Friendly service. However, the cleaning on my upholstery was not impressive. I have a gray sectional with some staining, and it didn't come out as clean as I hoped with darker spots (oily-looking?) and corners/seams of pillows still dingy from skin contact. 2 hours of work for $500. It may be my expectations are high, but I didn't feel like it was a good value or impressive results.

Edit: After my review they contacted me and came out again to spot treat the areas and left a giant water stain. They called me again to follow up and I told them about the stain and showed them the photos attached to this review and they brought the cushions to the office to fix over the weekend and now they are good. I can commend the relentless customer service to make sure things are done right. However, it took John 3 visits to make it right. As such, it's hard to rate them more than 3 stars.

John and Nate were exceptional! Their work ethic, personality, results and efficiency were exceptional!. When a couple of stains were difficult to manage the first visit, they returned. Laura in the Admin department was communicative and efficient. I highly recommend Steam place.

I would highly recommend Steam Police! The office staff was very nice and professional and returned my call quickly and I received my estimate and a date to complete the job within minutes! On the day of my scheduled appointment I received a text to let me know the technician was on the way. John from Steam Police arrived on time, and was very polite and professional! I would not hesitate to call them in the future!

Our 2 man crew was on time and outstanding. Thru we're at our house for a vent cleaning and to steam clean 2 rugs. The before and after pictures of thr vents were eye opening. We already notice the difference in the air quality. The area rugs that were steam cleaned look like brand new. Thank you for an excellent job!

We had an evening kiddo mishap that left a pretty ugly looking stain on brand new carpet. I reached out to Steam Police the next morning and they were at our house by noon to address it. We are super happy with how much better the carpet looks and the pricing was extremely fair. John was fantastic and very transparent as he worked to address the issue. We are happy to support this local business!

Had the absolute best experience! Our carpets look incredible and John was awesome. I didn’t think it was even possible to clean our family room carpet to this extent; we’d resigned ourselves to likely needing to replace it. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results.
