I am a recent widow. Without Rich and his crew I can't imagine being able to handle my heavily treed gutters and yard. He has made it possible for me to continue living in our family home that my sons and I love. I am forever grateful for their thouough and professional service. Thank you Rich!

I've been a customer of Rich's for many years, and have always received the best service -- never anything less than perfect. Beyond the great service, Rich's responsiveness is outstanding. If I send him an e:mail for a particular request I will usually receive a reply within an hour or two, and my request is addressed promptly. Five Stars for sure....

I've worked with Rich and RJD for over ten years for lawn, plowing and landscape design on two houses. They are truly the best there is. Lawn looks like a PGA course and their design made all the difference when selling my home - so I promptly requested the same for my new home. The crew is friendly and meticulous and care for the property as if they were owners. I would never use anyone else - they set the bar.

I needed the snow and ice built up at the end of my driveway pushed away. I called RJD for help. Rich called me back right away and was able to fit me in his schedule the same day. Thank you!

RJD is top notch for lawn care and snow plowing. Rich Demarco and his team have been taking care of my home and business for many years and they have never let me down. They are experts at mowing, trimming, and other landscape projects. They are always on time with plowing and keep the driveway clean even during big storms. Couldn’t be happier with RJD !!!

A RJD truck parks on Brookview Dr once a week during morning school drop-off and causes a traffic jam for all families and busses dropping off their children at the school on the same street. The truck takes up a large portion of the narrow road. The worker has done this for a month and a half so far. The kicker was when I watched the worker use a leaf blower to blow all the client’s leaves from their yard to the opposite yard across the street. I’ve never been a customer, but this seems sloppy and irresponsible. I’d be embarrassed to be their client.

our family has been been doing business with Rich for years now and are very pleased with his work. he is reliable and him and his crew do a great job always. He’s always there when we need him. RJD Property Management has been my snow plow contractor for many years. I have referred him to my neighbors and they have always been pleased. He is 100% reliable, considerate and thorough in his work. I had contractors at my house during this last bout of icy, snowy, weather and I could count on them to have my driveway cleaned before the contractors arrived each morning. He has never let us down. We appreciate his dedication to his work !

Rich and his team have done an excellent job of taking care of our snow plowing and yard needs. They are reliable, responsive, honest, take great care of our driveway and yard, and a pleasure to work with. I’m very grateful that they always have our driveway cleared before my wife needs to go to work in the morning, and keep it cleared throughout the day when we get frequent snow. We also use RJD Property Management for our yard in the fall, and each time we use them, I’m completely impressed with how capable and reliable they are. I’ve worked with other service providers in the past, and put Rich and his team far above the rest. We are extremely happy with their performance and results!

We were referred by a friend who had walkway, patio, and landscape done by Thomas Landscaping and Design.They installed our Patio and landscaping in the rear of the house. Our experience was great. Thomas Landscape has by far been the best contractor we have ever worked with. We worked directly with Tony Zucco throughout the planning process and project completion and he was fantastic from beginning to end. He clearly communicated to us the process, listened to our ideas and plans, and contributed many creative ideas to make our project better. He followed-up regularly and was always willing to take the time to answer my questions and provide me additional information. He still checks in on us a year later to make sure everything looks good and we are enjoying our patio. We eat dinner, enjoy morning coffees, and entertain friends and family on our patio throughout the spring, summer, and fall. We enjoy all aspects of our patio and we know it adds a great deal of beauty and value to our home. My favorite thing is sitting on the patio at night with the LED lights that Thomas Landscaping installed lighting up the whole area. It looks beautiful! We have recommended Thomas Landscaping and Design to all of our friends and family. Many people have used them for their outdoor needs and they have all been completly satisfied with their work. Thomas Landscaping is beyond unprofessional. They installed a sidewalk that every year since has shifted and gotten full of mud during the winter. It also doesnt drain properly and has started growing moss and weeds since day one. Every year I call and am told "we will come fix it soon as the weather clears." Each year I'm also told a different story on why they think it is happening. And each year I have have to call non stop all summer to get someone out. The first time, they came back, tore up part of the side walk, then left for several weeks leaving me an unusable sidewalk. The following year when the problem wasn't fixed they told me they would be out as soon as winter cleared. They never called and never came the entire year. This year I was told a new idea and new reason and a new fix. After being blown off again all summer I'm now told nothing is wrong with the sidewalk and they aren't fixing it.

DO NOT WASTE MONEY ON THOMAS LANDSCAPING. Very unprofessional terrible communication. They also do not stand behind they're work. I actually have voice mail messages from Tony the foreman telling me what he thinks the problem is and that they will come fix it. However, apparently they care nothing for their word or workmanship, because they never come. Save yourself the trouble of losing money and possibly having to to go the BBB or small claims court.

After many attempts to help this company redeem themselves I have to give a public review. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This past season I contracted with them to complete a simple job of mulching my garden beds. The gentlemen that came were certainly nice enough, but the job they did was absolutley terrible. Mulch was piled on top of smaill shrubs and perrenial plants and I had to spend literaly hours uncovering them so they would survive. Truth be told a handful of new, tender plants were lost. As disappointing as this was, the greatest disappointment was the lack of professionalism and consideration that one would expect from a company. I made several calls and finally wrote a note of concern but never received a call back or response. Infact the first person I spoke with on the phone was very rude. Steer clear of Thomas!!!!!

If you're thinking of hiring these guys then plan on living with a huge mess and not getting the job done for months. They endlessly delayed starting the job and then took their sweet time getting the job done and they're full of excuses. They also made a complete mess and had no respect for my property. Did I mention their price was way too high? I went with them based on a single recommendation from one person and I regretted it. It wasn't worth the trouble. Find someone else for your landscape project.

Started great with the company president, (Richard Thomas) coming out and was very open to want we requested, it went down hill from there. After we received the proposal quote, we responded the same day with 2 additions and a question to Heather Thomas, she responded the next day that she would check on this and get right back to us. It took Heather 9 days, prompted by an email from us to respond to that first request on a update, we were still ok at this point. The next email we sent was 32 days later asking what our status was and if they still wanted the job or should we go somewhere else, Heather apologized for not responding and said she would have the quote back to us that day or the next, that was on Monday May 28th , it is now Saturday June 2nd and still no response. This all began with the first proposal being received on April 16th. The 1 star rating is the lowest you can rate a company and they deserve that for the first visit, from there on they dont even rate a single star. We would not recommend this company to anyone and will actually tell them NOT to utilize Thomas Landscaping & Design simply on their lack of customer service & followup.

Helpful staff and owner which will go out of their way to be ready to assist and offer advice.
Would have given 5 but 2 types of bagged topsoil had excessive stones and even some sharp glass pieces. Be sure to use care when spreading.

I needed help picking plants for a new bed in the front of our home and Heather took the time to show me different options and explain the different plants to me as I wanted low maintenance. We couldn’t be happier with the way it turned out and will be returning in the spring to finish the other side!

Thomas Landscaping quoted one price for planting some small shrubs, and almost tripled the price, later. When questioned, front desk attendant got very verbally abusive, rude, emotional and unprofessional, and verbally threatening. If I could, I would give them Zero stars. Totally uncalled for behavior. Never again. Done with them. On top of that, the field crew took forever to plant a handful of shrubs, and dumprd the dirt on top of the mulch, after they were told not to do that. They left without saying a word. Don't waste time a money on this outfit.

No show / No call
Had a delivery scheduled between certain times which I scheduled my plans accordingly. As a business owner myself, if I’m running behind I give a courtesy call to the customer.
When I called them to inquire about my delivery (Heather) was very rude immediately and told me to go somewhere else and cancelled my order.
Very unprofessional!
I Do Not Recommend This Place Of Buisness.

Do not use this company! I was so disappointed with their lack of responsiveness and they basically took a deposit of 1/2 and made me wait an entire extra month for the work to be done. There was no communication and when they finally started the work they tried telling me that one of the areas was a total renovation and not just weeding and wouldn’t do the work. None of this was communicated up front and it’s impossible to get a hold of the person in charge of the job/estimates. Poor customer service, poor quality and horrible communication!
