Reviews of local pros in Webster, New York

I'm not actually a customer. My backyard neighbor had some work done, and a branch fell on a power line totally by mistake and pulled the wire off my house. The owner was super nice and offered to fix it! He went to the store and got the bracket needed to put the wire back up. He even put my ladder back iny shed when he was done. My neighbor's yard looks great, I would recommend them to anyone who wants a prompt, honest worker.

Jose and his crew were prompt, professional and efficient. We greatly appreciated how quickly they could come out, their willingness to haul away some of our own debris, and that they did not try to upsell their work. Would highly recommend and will hire again!

They do a great job at a fair price. Cleaned up after themselves very well. Very hardworking- was here one day for over 8 hours. Corey is very professional as well as personable. I highly recommend Pro Tree Services.

Great communication and follow up. Did an excellent job securing and trimming arborvitae. Debris was cleaned up taken away. Very reasonable price. Very personable and he even did some extra tasks for us! Highly recommend.

Corey came and took care of all my trees and helped the neighbors out too whole he was here , hes a pleasure to deal with!

Corey & Jose knocked it out of the park today, despite having challenges that were out of their control. They showed up & got straight to work. Corey’s work is truly an art form, he trimmed our tree so carefully & through…i did not want it butchered & he did exactly what was needed to ensure the health of the tree. Jose & Corey work very well together, professional, hardworking & committed. Fair pricing & timely turnaround. I will be using them on the rest of our trees without hesitation. I would highly recommend them. These 2 gents are a class act.

Awarded pro tree a large job. Liked the spikless approach and try to give young companies a chance. First part of job was adequate. Paid in full at completion plus extra as we felt they under bid. Service we also required discussed in May has still not been addressed. Been given the 2 week runaround and different prices and excuses. Do not recommend. For some reason i saved quote and all correspondence. Must have had a feeling. I'm sure there will be an owner response but wanted people to know about my experience.
Again have all correspondence if interested

Jose and Corey safely removed a tree near our shed and we had a great experience with them! 10/10!!!!!

Pro Tree Services did some work at my house. Removed part of a tree that was in need of some help. Good customer service.
Great price.
Yup

Many thanks to Corey and Jose. I've had 5 large dead Ash trees in my yard for a couple of years. They came out quickly to give me an estimate which even included different options that could save me money which was nice. They gave me a fair price and had all the trees down, stumps gone, and yard cleaned up in a few days. I highly recommend them and would use them again if I ever need tree work done!

These guys did a wonderful job on my trees. I had a large pine removed and a birch and two locusts pruned. Prices are fair, service was quick, and job was professionally done. Cleared the trimmings and cleaned up everything!

Pro Tree Services quickly responded to our request for a quote. Corey came to our house within 24 hours and thoroughly explained his process along with what our maple tree needed. Upon agreeing to his proposal he was able to kick off the work within the same week and he exceeded all our expectations. Pro Tree Services/Corey were meticulous in their work and our tree looks 100% better. I’d definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone needing work like this done.

Corey & his team removed a huge tree for me. They are a pleasure to work with and do outstanding work. Left the site clean & tidy. Definitely my go-to for future tree work .

Had a large tree that needed to come down. Corey and Jose responded quickly. Did a great job removing it safely! Will definitely give them a call next time I need some help

I hired Corey and Jose from Pro Tree Services to clean up some overgrown silver maple trees on my mother's property. Corey was prompt, courteous and professional with his communications regarding the project. Corey and Jose were on site within a week and had the job completely done in less that two days. What they lack in high-tech very expensive equipment, they more than make up for with hard work, thoroughness and desire to please the customer. I recommend Pro Tree Services to anyone with tree pruning, reduction or removal needs. Thank you Corey and Jose.

I end up needing a tree to be removed and i end up finding Pro Tree Services in the top of the list and i wanted to give them a shot.

I had a tree fall on my front porch. Had many estimates and these guys are truly the best!! Jose and his helper did an AMAZING job, GREAT JOB guys!! They had it all chopped and cleaned up with in a few hours!! I was amazed!! Thanks again guys!! Truly appreciated!!

Worked with Jose to remove a neighbors tree that was supported by a pine tree in my hard. Jose and his team were prompt and were able to get the job done quickly removing both trees, at a fair price, and were excellent with their communication. Would absolutely recommend.

Jose and Corey were doing a major thinning project in a neighbor's yard. I asked them for a quote to remove a few sick evergreens. They were quick, flexible, easy to work with and did a great clean up at the end of the project.

José and Corey were absolute pleasures to have on our property. We had several maples that needed serious trimming, bushes that needed removal and one unsightly, crooked, half-dead evergreen I no longer have to look at. They worked hard with indisputable skill and experience, protecting both my and my neighbor's homes in the process. They were polite, respectful, informative and fun. They responded quickly when contacted and we were very pleased with their availability. They stayed until the job was done and we were 100% happy. I have come to learn that I can trust what these two are telling me and their judgement. I definitely recommend this business. Even left me with a ton of firewood as requested!

*We had received a couple estimates prior and their price was definitely fair*
